Since the Sun doesn't revolve around the Earth, but rather the other way around, I don't see how that would work; We can only orbit one star at a time. Not to mention the inherent instability of the orbits of satellites in a dual-star system. We'd probably be flung out to cold interstellar space(not good), or sucked in to the suns(not good) in no time at all... But of course, as a mad scientist, you're supposed to have evil impossible plans... Maybe your idea is worth trying after all.
