    this is the right balance, IMO employer and employee should be able to enter into almost any employment agreement they both voluntarily sign I'm on the fence while it is still illegal federally. Plus, this was a worker for a huge corporation. I can't name any of my friends who were drug tested for a job here in CO, myself included. Careers range from accounting, IT, health services, graphic design, personal trainer for a national chain, banking, etc. Most (most) employers don't give a shit, and acknowledge they would probably lose most their workforce if they started testing. My $0.02.

    That's weird....I work in oil and gas...7 of my friends from a different O&G company were recently laid off, and I just got a pay cut.

    A lot of our (the company I work for) wells are in the Bakken, and with oil prices so low the operators have started choking back production on new wells. Hopefully when prices come back up, the production numbers will still be up....also, I fucking hate this industry.

    Geez it's always all about you, in Colorado, isn't it?! Other areas have weather too, ya know! Oh wait.... If I was still jumping, this trend would be pissing me off. I don't mind it though, since I'm up on the 'hill' in Denver, so nothing really floods around me. We're totally at our saturation point though.

    If that oreo wore civilian clothes, lived in or even walked around in, certain parts of Missouri, and spoke to LEOs the way he does his commentary, he would most definitely be taught to be respectful of LEOs via percussive educational methods. wow really? He must be a cop in Missouri. They seriously are some of the worst.
