    That drives me crazy. There is a small subset of drivers who think there is a whole different set of traffic rules that engage when a bike is present. I refuse to go when they make pointless stops. I have actually had a driver stop on a thru street and motion for me to go, (I was at a stop sign), while there was 40mph traffic blowing by in the other 3 lanes of the 4-lane street! Doing stupid, unpredictable things gets people hurt. Biking to work downtown Denver is a real treat.

    I would say that the good ole boys really don't like "uppity" types.. women.... gays.. people of color.... as we see here on a daily basis. Very true. But, this is the interwebz. You shouldn't let Anvil's (or anyone's posts for that matter) bother you the slightest. Focus on the positive around you in your real life, and let us dorks duke it out on here like little children if it twists your panties...sorry, it's very sexist to assume all women wear panties....replace with "undergarments of your personal choice" Commando??? Funny how in this situation nobody is talking about that. Or talking about thugs, or anything disparaging really. Some even make it a point to point out how some of them are great guys with good jobs. It's because this doesn't happen that often, so whites and latinos don't really need to worry about it.     Also a problem here in Denver... It's gotten to the point where I kind of take sick pleasure when I'm on my bike and a jaywalker gets drilled by my 29" tires. Hey fuck stick!     Slightly off topic... I've seen enough TV shows to know that you don't fuck with anyone with a 1% patch (am I right?). I saw a guy and his gal come out of a Mexican restaurant we were eating at one time. He had his bike parked on the patio, got on, and reved that thing to all hell. A couple people were clearly annoyed, but I saw the patch and told my friends not to say anything. Now, are these people really that scary? Or was I worrying for nothing? As in, will they fuck up random people, or is the patch just more so for other gangs to be aware of?
