No way, man!!! It's for SKYDIVING!! It's a large skydiving parachute! That's what the ad said!!! Ooooohhhhh! Well then it must be the breaklines that attach to the red circles. The ones running along the centre must be some new multiple attachment point system for the pilot chute. You know how some BASE gear has a three attachment point to help control off-headings? Well "This one goes to eleven!" lol. YeahYeah... I'll buy that for a dollar

Here Here! We used to ask eachother out on dates to spend time with one another. After a few dates, one might be asked by the other if they wanted to "Go Steady". The very fact that this term exists means that it used to be widely accepted to see different people until you found someone to be... your something special. Our generation seems to have messed it all up. You like a girl/guy, you two do something together (whatever it might be) and all of a sudden, you are bound to being this persons one and only!! It's ridiculous! Don't get me wrong, if a man tells you you are his special something... and you find him to be telling a few others the same thing, you've got a pig on your hands. And it's not a double-standard either.... you girlies are the same and you know it My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

"Why are all the pages of my Parachutist Magazine all stuck together!!????" Most public place for me was in a car in a parking lot one new years... "snuck" out of a party... I say "snuck" with quotation marks because the whole party noticed and fallowed. "Damn! Your rocking the car baby!" "Uhm... nope, I'm afraid they're rocking the car." We had options in terms of how to cover my bare bottom from sight. Stop and put pants on... or go harder hoping to fog the windows a little denser. We went with the second option. Hmmm. Are you being sarcastic... like because you hang glide? Because I don't but now that you mention it... makes more sense that the guy would be confused about hang glider fabric then he would be about a tent. lol. Just look at the pic here. The red circles are where tent pegs would anchor it to the ground. The black line is one of those bendy tent rods that come apart in sections and have bungee down the middle to keep 'em together and it goes through or is clipped onto all the attachment points circled in Blue. That was my sense too, except PD Vladi shot that down. He specifically said raising the tail would make it worse. I didn't try it though to see if he was right. Oh come on! Make your next jump with the toggles unstowed! My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

The slight forward motion as a culprit sounds legit but if you are experiencing this on one Spectre 150 and not another Specter 150 then we have to trust you that it's the canopy and not body position right? My first instinct when I read your description was too short a break setting... like the canopy is sorta bucking on the verge of a stall but not that extreme. Perhaps it's a combination of both. With a short setting, it wouldn't take much forward motion to pedulum you, c.g. forward, nose down, canopy serge a bit... until it realises the breaks are partially set, canopy slows, nose up, pedulum you back, c.g. aft. Again and again... with the stability that dictates the oscillations will slowly decrease and eventually stop in a slower flight... or cease alltogether when you release the breaks? ...does it cease alltogether if you realease your breaks? People get to feeling that way. Do one more before you leave. If not, at least go spend the day at the DZ... see if someone won't twist your arm onto a load. The more time you spend away, the easier it will be to justify not going. I would say: "If you don't feel like it, don't do it." as many have already, very wisely, posted... but then again... you DID post this. You ARE contemplating... and it DOES sound to me like you are looking for a bit of a push in one direction or another. We jump seasonally here in Ontario and I'll let you in on a secret. I have to drag my ass out of bed and force myself to go to the DZ for the first time each year. I really don't even know why?! It's just such an ordeal, I'm not sure I want to. But I go and as soon as I'm there it's all over! Another whicked season begins... it's some sort of head game I seem to play with myself. But yeah, if you don't feel it, don't do it.
