  3. I've read both. Like a previous poster I've read a fair amount of the Bible in the original languages but not all (more of the New Testament than the Old). I've read the Koran but only once (parts more than once but only once straight through. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  4. Perhaps it is neither, just realpolitik. It is advantageous for Pakistan to tell the U.S. they are cooperating and get aid. It is advantageous for Pakistan not to investigate things too fully, particularly in certain areas of the country. I guess you can see that as in cahoots, but I think of that as a more active partnership. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  5. Hartwood Paracenter is closed. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  6. Obama hates Native Americans. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  7. I'm not an attorney but I don't think it applies as I don't think there are many class action lawsuits against skydiving businesses (except maybe skyride but that is a separate issue than what I think you are asking about). "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  8. I had the good fortune to spend 8 weeks in Jordan as part of an archeological dig. I really enjoyed my time there and got to see large parts of the country including the two places you mentioned. I would love to go back some day. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  9. My Google-Fu is not very strong but perhaps this is the decision you were referring to: https://www.jdsupra.com/post/documentViewer.aspx?fid=4e4f05b2-2013-4d67-b367-ba8709dd116f ? I can't find a different recent case or one involving google. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  10. Not sure where it started but I see the word ridiculous misspelled a lot in various online forums. People spell it rediculous. I don't get it but I always point them to: http://how-to-spell-ridiculous.com/ "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

    Why?

Nope, Shit Happens!, We are here by design

    Why?

Not at all. If you go from promordial goo to Homo sapien sapien it doesn't take much insight to acknowledge that a lot of work has been done. If anything the forces of nature favor states that are unorganized. It's just random chance. There is no force. There is no driving because there is no destination to be driven to. It just happened. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

    Why?

There's no "force" and no "driving." To use words and concepts like this is a sure sign that you do not understand the theory of evolution. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

You have great faith. Intelligent Design is just a gussied up God of the Gaps theory. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  17. thanks for that comparison. Do you know what the fuel burn rate would be between the Kodiak and the Pac? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  18. WBC is entitled, under the Constitution, to equal protection under the law. If I am not mistaken, it was the state's refusal to provide equal protection that led to the National Guard being called out several times during the civil rights movement. 19. Only way I could get my ex-wife to leave me??? I kid, she left before I started skydiving. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  20. Pretty sure that if Shah's ship came in he would find a way to sink it. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  21. And here I always thought you were referring to shoe size "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  22. In general I think your history is pretty good but I think you are wrong here. The Apocrapha were part of the Septuagint and were included in many of the earliest complete manuscripts of the bible, including the Sinaiticus and Vaticinua, and Alexandrinus, the Holy Trinity of early manuscipts. Frankly, I have never been entirely convinced that the Protestant Reformers were all that correct in insisting on basing their Old Testament translations on the Masoretic Text rather than the Septuagint, since it seems that it was okay with God that most of the authors of the New Testament, when they quoted the OT, quoted from the Septuagint rather than translating from the MT. 24. I think I should have a right to script in google so that any possible bad information about my disappears, while the information favorable to my reputation remains. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  25. Surveys by their nature tend to be a bit granular and encyclopedic. They also almost always stick to the most widely accepted interpretation on debateable points. I think Ahlstrom is more readable than most surveys but it is a bit dry. I am still wondering if you accept the canonicity of the story of the woman caught in adultery and the longer ending of Mark?
