Jo has continually harrased everyone involved in this case she has built her stories to fit any situation that may sound good to others she has atacked not only Shelly and I But continues to atack the agencies and others that has tried to help her. I have recieved many phone calls from her and she does make comments that are inapropriate to the facts in question.She has made so many comments towards people involved in this case that is harming to there personality and there jobs. her comments are all based on lies she has dreamed up. I Have all the documintation and phone call records to prove it. She Knoes this. I only want her to stop her games and go on with her life. I've been telling her this for years. It has now gotten to the point with her verbal atacks on people I know. that is is time I either get her to agree to stop what she is doing or take her to court and prove to all that she has done nothing but create problems and purger herself .Jo knows that I have all the documation to do this.

Is that your imigination working for you again or just your IQ thinking up a new story. Jo you can't win so why continue. You have scared alot of people in the past with your stories and your false claims so please and for the last time give it up or I will see you in court.

the case was filed in court under John Doe leaving the case opened with out a staute of limitations so yes the case can still be proscuted.

377 Your right. However the evidence did not match both crimes.I also studied both crimes when I first learned of Mcoy's death. I was also contacted by the Retired FBI agent that wrote the book on McCoy and his relation to the cooper case. He tried to make some of the evidence like the tie clasp and other items match both crimes. However it was impossible to do so I've been contacted by many has beens claiming to know something about the case some wanted to have there phone bills paid for some wanted free flights to portland and some just wanted money so they could travel to either washington or oregon to drive around and find locations to make a story fit for there own quest to become famous and write a book .If I had to count all the people that tried to convience myself and the media that they knew who cooper was it would be in the hundreds.

377 yes Mc coy was very good in his field he was also a hellecopter pilot in vietnam and trained in special ops.

All people can seem typical but it has been my experience in life that they are not and most are very complicated . Take you or my self for instance we are not fitted in that catagory.( i know your comback will be either I don't no you so how can I judge or don't catagorize me or somthing to that efect.) or is any one else. everyone comes from different backgrounds. Listen guys Larry Carr is one of the best in his field He has gone out of his way to give Info to all of you.He has guidelines he has to follow as in any job. Be it civillian or federal we all have rules to follow. The Man has been very helpfull to all of you and will continue to do so but only with in the giudelines that his supiriors permit.Just because someone caused a few problems in the past does not mean that the man has shyied away from this case or is not opened to new ideas.

The Washougal river rises and falls verry rapidly one of the quickest in the US this and other rivers west of Boneville Dam also causess the columbia river to rapidly rise and drop .The columbia river is a tidal river controlled by the amount of flow into the pacific ocean as we all know oceans are controleld by tides, Gravity, This coupeled by rapid rainfall on a daily basis and temperture fluctuations and snow melt is also a large contributing factor. On the lighter side the weather man is very seldom right. Mother nature also has her wrath.

Yes it did have High high water levels in that time frame. I do have the data but it is at my other place in Forks Wa, My home there is a 550mi drive from here in Baker City Oregon and a 240 mi drive from Vancouver Wa. so it would be cost effective for your assistance in this mater. The rivers in this area rise and drop very rapidly so alot of the times flood stage status is not registered and the only way you can determan high water levels is by rain fall on a daily or 2 day level then you add in the snow melt to the water run off which raises the level even higher These factors causes high water stages and very short periods of flooding only lasting a couple of hours at any given point. As we all know you can have high water at one point and the water level drop where your at but down stream a few miles the water level can increase and the current move even faster. All these factors is what moves logs and other debris that would not normally be disturbed.Go figure. The power and mystfying effect of Mother Nature.

Georger there is a worm that live's in all the streams and river's in the north west there called pary winkle's by the locals they make a cocoon and attach themselves to rocks sticks in the water. Believe it or not they make fantastic fishing bait there better than worms. People up in this area will buy worms to fish with. In reality all they have to do is grab one of these cocoons pull the worm out and use it or go, no more than 2 ft from the shore find some loose dirt or a rock and they will find a worm. and use it for bait. So it is possible that this could have played a factor in the deteriation of the money. Key word being only possible.

So Im would like you too check something out for me in either dec 71 or jan or feb of 72 there was a high rain fall for about 2 days this caused the the streams and rivers to flood for a short period of time I had this info once I got it from the Vancouver Library. If you can will you access this info for me. If you can't I will get it on the 25th when I go back to washougal. Thank You Jerry

Your welcome 377. I had told you guys that I was given some maps by a friend and that I would pick them up when I was in washougal.This I did they were'nt what I thought they would be. What they turned out to be was 4-D matic maps dated 1973 contour interval 200ft with supplementary contours at 100ft intervals horizontal scale 1:250,000;vertical scale 1:125,000 (exaggeration 2:1) Transverse mercator projection revised in 1974 the map shows the entire area from north of woodland washington to south of silverton oregon. from the ocean to east of Mt Hood. What is good about these maps is they show the origial logging roads that were there for that time frame and not the was added after 1974.Probably not of much interest to anyone but me. I thought they were flight path maps from 1971. My mistake

As to your question on Duane Webber. Ralph does not believe he was cooper.

I'm not sure I understand the clay theory either.What I do know is that it has something to do with the minerial deposits in the money found,However what ever minerial deposits that are found in the money should be close to those found in the clay. Remember the sand and other mater that coverd the money was there for a long time. Tom took some samples from other area's and is testing these sample's for comparison.I think.
