Dan: Robert 99 Jumped back in the 60's along with his experience in related field's would be your best choice for a interview. But of course thats not what you realy want, is it. What you want is someone to go on camera and say that your candidate is Cooper and lived. Sorry Dan that is not going to happen. Cooper is not available for an interview nor will he ever be. Artwardo: Your equipment was attached properly. and in front of you. The way Coopers equipment was attached was to the side and secured at the top of the bag, The bag was just hanging there. I too have jumped with equipment attached and secured properly.Coopers was not. 377 and I have discussed the scenario I am refering too. and the results. 377: 1.With a larger bag and maybe a brief case loosely tied to your side, jumping from a jet with Coopers chute using a delayed pull at night what would happen to you if you were not an experienced skydiver?2. If you went into a spin then what? 3.In your picture did the bag you jumped with give you any trouble?

Dan, for starters he wasn't properly prepaired or experienced. If he was he would have known how to lower the stairs. People try and claim he knew the Aircraft yet he couldn't even lower the stairs. Even you would have learned to do that prior to the hijacking. Jerry

Dan: Show your proof he was an experienced Skydiver and knew what he was doing. He certainly was dressed for it. He was prepaired to make that Jump. He knew how to open the airstairs with out help he was realy familiar with its operation and had planed it will enough to know how to perform this simple task."NOT" By the way who is your candidate was he dumb enough not to learn how to lower the stairs. An experienced skydiver that knew what he was doing and chose this aircraft surely would have not had a problem lowering the stairs and would have learned how prior to the hijacking. Dan one thing about your poll it still does not prove my theory wrong.I do not believe that a person that would go to the trouble to hijack a airliner would give up the money unless he was dead. Jerry

Blevins: I realize that you have money and time tied up in this Christiansen story.(Although Waisted) The book is a wash out and so is your theory. Yet you continue to push your book here on DropZone.What are you expecting to gain by this?.All your interviews that you publish ,always has a mentiion of Christiansen.Why interview anyone if all your going to do is shove your Cooper candidate down there throat. The Book is a flop and will continue to be, no matter how often you change it.Its time to trash it and use your expertice to research other suspect's. Tom: Melvin Wilson has been missing since Oct 1971. He also has a warrant still outstanding issued by the US Marshals office on a$ 200,000 counterfeiting charge. How interesting is that. Your guy was seen after the hijacking. This guy has not been seen since Oct 1971.. Jerry

Dan How many of your friends had a 21 pound money bag attached to there side.With about a half second window to deploy the chute or go into a spin. The hijacker if he was experienced would have attached the money bag differently. He would have had enough cord that would have allowed him to hang on to the bag while he jumped. He did not . How do we know this . Tom Kaye measured the length of the remaining cut cord to determine how much was missing. Jerry

Georger: I work with facts and experience. You already know I don't believe Cooper survived that Jump. As to who he was I don't know.I feel someone out there does know who Cooper was.I also believe eventialy someone will find his LZ and his parachute in the Washougal watershed.Untill some documented proof is produced as too who Cooper realy was and his manor of death, I believe the FBI will keep this investigation open and should. Georger you have produced information that is valuable to this case your expertice is invaluable but once again that is just my opinion. Jerry

Georger: the last info put out by the FBI was that LD had been dismissed because there was no match.No other public statements have been released. But of course your computor has not told you that. Jerry

Georger: Try again ? What you need to do is come out here do some actual on the ground research and experience what this area is like instead of siting behind your computer and making coments. ParrotheadVol: The only public statement the FBI has said was that LD Cooper had been dismissed and it is an ongoing investigation. The rest is just Media frenzy and Marla's statements. Jerry

I do have to question the statements Marla has made in reference to Curtis Ng. A simple search involving the timeline that Marla give's in reference to when she observed her uncle LD, delirious and bloody on thanksgiving day was enough for me to dismiss LD as a suspect.It would have been impossible for LD and Dewey to have made it too Sisters Oregon, untill after dark on thanksgiving day. If none of you have ever driven the road's from Ariel Wa to Sister's Oregon in Nov give it a run.You'll find that you may be able to average 35 to 40 mph at best.Now less examine the time of evening Cooper Jumped and what the conditions on the ground was. Its dark your disoriented and you cant see any thing to get your berrings so you can pinpoint your position. You have to wait untill daybreak which is around 8 am in this area. (Check with Kim Cornett producer from NBC Today for verification of this she was there at this time on 16 Nov} Even if LD ,with Dewey on the ground waiting for him, they could not have made contact untill after daybreak. Now LD has to walk out of the woods Bleeding hurt barefoot delirious and Identify his location find a walkie talkie contact Dewey and make it back to Sisters Oregon by 8 am on thanks giving day which is 160 miles away I know I drove it recently.Seem's impossible to me. As for finger print's and santa clause. Here is a tooth brush that hasn't been seen since 1999 but there is no comic book, if LD prized this comic book of his he would probably still had it when he died or at least some one else would remember seeing it.Better yet I have not met a person that has ever gone through Airborne Training that does not have proof of it in his living quarters by means of display or in a file.Now Marla expects everyone to believe that she is the only one with a memory at 8yrs old and no one in her family does, not even the adults.What about the statement her father made all there money problems were solved because LD hijacked a plane.
