When I started school, everyone thought I was lucky because my roommate had a typewriter and that was in only 88. A computer and printer was only to be had in the lab across campus. I have to +1 the loft and add a 2-seater. In a cramped room, it really doubles the living space. "L" shpaed worked well for me and my roommate. Desks were head to head under one bed and a 2-seater couch under the other opposite the TV. Andy I'll believe it when I see it on YouTube!

She sure can load a gun like a pro. She was loading those SKS rifles last night like and experienced soldier. I noticed her big belly last night for the first time too and was a bit surprised to see that. Andy I'll believe it when I see it on YouTube!

+1 on the Benny being tight. They do run kind of small. I have a small head but had to exchange a medium for a large which was still a little more than snug. The goggle channel is a neat feature but only if you use flexvision or sky eyes goggles (bungee with knot and adjustment in the front). Getting your goggle strap through the channel will require some sewing and they'll be there for good or until you rip the stitching out. Overall, it's a good helmet though. Chin strap is secure and the padding inside will loosen up some after wearing it a few times. I feel comfortable that it'll take more than a little bump on the head. Another jumper at my DZ couldn't fit an audible inside without it squishing his ear so he punched holes in it and mounted it to the outside without problems. I'd recommend planning out when you buy things over time. Helmet and altimeter this month, jumpsuit next month. That way when you find a rig, you're not buying that with all the other two and three-hundred dollar items at the same time. Made it feel a little easier on the finances to me doing it that way. Sounds like you had a great jump! Congrats and welcome to the all-consuming obsession! Now get out there and do it some more! Make sure you keep your nose buried in the SIM. It helped me with ground training before the progressive levels of AFF and with boosting confidence. Another thing that helped a lot, if I may, was visualization. I took about 5-10 minutes off to the side by myself before each jump to visualize the dive flow from start to finish. Andy I'll believe it when I see it on YouTube!

I called Square1 last week and they said that there's still no TSO on anything larger than the 143. She didn't have an answer as to when they would. Then I called Paragear who said they could get the larger sizes in 11 weeks. Andy I'll believe it when I see it on YouTube!

Looks like kit bags. Military does that so you have omewhere to put your canopy after landing. Makes walking off the DZ a lot easier. Andy I'll believe it when I see it on YouTube!

Why not sit down and talk with him about what's going on? He may not realize what a pain he's being because he's so stressed out. It's making him forget that others have priorities besides work as well. Explain to him the conditions under which you accepted the position and how you need to study. Is the test work-related? If so, explain how successfully passing them will help with work and how after you're done you'll be able to really focus on work and his priorities. If he still won't listen, burn some vacation hours and he'll quickly realize that it's better to have you around for a few hours a day than not at all. Andy I'll believe it when I see it on YouTube!
