What make of suit Clay with what options? I will call Michigan and see the estimated delivery time for a new suit. If he says shorter than I will say then how come Clay still hasn't received his after nearly 90 days.

I have never really said anything about my freeflying skills especially head down. As I said, I was not flaming you. All I am saying is that the difference in freefall time between 170 mph and close to 300 mph has to be dramatically obvious. You have to admit that it is pretty funny that you thought you were flying 280 mph chasing a spaceball.

I don't get it. One minute you are bragging about going 280 mph chasing a spaceball and then you are corrected and it is brought to your attention that you were actually flying only 170 mph and your response is "that sounds better." It sounds like you still need a lot of work for freefall awareness if you can't tell the difference of 100mph. I am not flaming you Clay just bringing us back to reality.

I was talking to one of my friend in Florida who is a tandem master one day and one of the tandems there asked him how he did the tandem with video. The tandem master said, "I will disconnect you in freefall and then fly out in front of you to capture the video. Right before deployment altitude of 5,500 feet I will connect us back together." The student looked at him with a blank stare and said, "I don't think I want video." I was rotflmao!

On Sunday Boston Providence had about 25 tandems and they did not arrive until late which means the first load did not get off the ground until between 11am and 12pm. Because of the time factor they took the tandems up to 10,000 feet only and then we went up to 14,000. I was sitting by the door and I was cracking up watching the tandems exit. Watching them go from being excited getting in the plane and then getting really nervous close to exit time to practically throwing up (one did) at exit. We were rolling on the floor laughing. Anyone else have any funny tandem stories?

Because I have had a lot of people close to me die I have come to accept death and I believe my time to go is my time to go. I hope whatever does it is not a long drawn out process and I do not have to suffer. I hope it doesn't happen for a long time but you never know.

0:3:1 No Humps: 3 Jumps: 1 Case (For First Jump at this DZ) It rained all day Saturday. Went to Skydive Boston Providence today and made three jumps after picking up my rig from it's reserve repack and cleaning. Looks like new! Met some of the experienced jumpers at the dz and we did a 4 Way RW, 8 Way RW and a 6 Way RW. The weather was beautiful but still a little cold compared to Florida! Good to get in the air again but I wish I could of jumped more.

I will learn the main while packing it. I have no doubt that I can learn more about it and complete it at the dz. This post is not only for me but for other people who are interested in learning about the rigging processes and for them and me to understand it so we know our next steps.

I have personally never flown a Crossfire but I can assure you that Roy knows the flight characteristics and safety parameters of this canopy. I have seen him make hundreds of jumps on his before he downsized to a Xaos 21. Have you considered the Crossfire 2?

I understand and have watched numerous people pack mains, but I appreciate your feedback. My question is not about the main but about the different reserves and the different containers. Also the different qualifications and what is needed to hold these ratings.

When I got laid off in January I received a months salary plus two weeks vacation pay. All I did was jump! I jumped with you Clay on my way to my new job. I had been all over Florida from the Keys to Deland and then jumped up through Atlanta and then almost stopped by Raeford for the last stop but didn't make it. I felt like a kid again. I didn't have one worry and could sleep in and stay up late partying if I wanted too!

Puala rent the movie and fast forward through all the previews. Before the movie the MGM lion comes on. After the second roar push play on the first song on the cd and have the volume on the tv complately off. The CD and the movie go hand and hand. You have to see it to understand what I am talking about.
