I sold a brand new XM radio reciever (for computers/integrated vehicle radio systems) the buyer stated that it got there, and the package was torn open with nothing inside. I was up the river, had to refund the money back. Good thing I called XM and reported that radio as being stolen, so it cannot be activated.
