    I had to take it downwind this weekend, they said land towards, so I did... wasn't about to try to fuck up everyone else patterns so I can land slower. (BTW, I stood it up, suckers!)     Hey, it turns on... that's asking a LOT from a Gateway I'd probably suggest a Dell Mini, but I am a bit biased towards Dell. (I own an old dell E1505, a new Studio 15", a 2006 MacBook, and a oldish MacMini, so I'm not knocking Macs much, just not a big fan) Dells are great machines, easy to work on, great customer service, they even post their damn service manuals on the web!     5 deployments, left with a girlfriend, not a single one of the girls lasted 3 weeks. Just glad I wasn't married to any of them, though I was dumb enough to leave my truck with one. Hell, I found out when one of them changed their status to engaged, and I asked when I had proposed... "Oh, I've been meaning to talk to you".     The term 'snag free' is a tough one to define, as almost any mount on the market can get snagged somehow. IMO the trick is reducing the snag points and putting them in the places less likely to be snagged. Also, how are you going to attach it? Nylon screws are better... what about a helmet cutaway? Talk to your local camera guys, they'll show you all kinds of things that could possibly scare the crap out of you when you see how dangerous some are. I cringe when I see camera fliers that don't stow their brake lines... 10" of line just floating around on each side of your helmet, waiting to snag something.     +1, the tunnel walls are hard, and they don't move. (don't ask how I know this ) I know some tunnels have rules as to casts and physical limitations, so talk to them, IF you decide to risk it. IMO, I wouldn't push it. wait a little now, or wait a lot overall because you rushed it.
