I don't like hearing you're hurting. Hope it heals quickly. Best wishes for a good New Year! Chuck
  3. Damn, I like my bad girls a little classier than that. . . Like the Country song... "I like my women just a little on the trashy side!" Chuck That's a cocktail waitress in a Dolly Parton wig! I like song!! ...and a big run in her black stocking! Speaking of stockings... do women still wear nylon stockings. Chuck Sure they do. That question came-up by my wife so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks! Chuck You're welcome. Here's a couple of websites if your wife wants to check out what's hot right now: http://www.agentprovocateur.com/?cmp=SM090101 http://www.laperla.com/us/shop/women/hosiery.html

  7. And "Bieber". I 2nd that . . . and I could do without "Kardashian" for a while too. What gets me is, the Kardashians make millions doing NOTHING! Yet, we are barraged with what they are up to and their new babies and blah, blah, blah... Chuck
  8. Seems to me, that wouldn't be much of a chore. Chuck
  9. You too hu? sniff, sniff... I shoulda' stuck with my guns. sniff, sniff Chuck
  10. I guess, it was only a matter of time. Chuck
  11. Aw, come on, Chuck. Ceramic Squirrels aren't inherently evil. It's only the accessibility, & resultant ease of spontaneity that creates the carnage. Let's allow evil right's usurpers to create a mountain of bureaucratic BS to help keep these squirrels out of good Peoples' hands. That way, only the bad People in society will have them. Yeah, that makes sense ... P.S.: I was SO expecting to see a West Virginia address in that article. Mea Culpa . That's about right! I can see a furor raised over ceramics. Anti ceramic legislation, marchers in the street. Doing away with CCCL (Concealed Carry of Ceramics) and Dianne Feinstein leading the way with bill after bill to ban them. Meanwhile, she has a mansion full of ceramics. Her exception is, she has armed guards paid for by the U.S. tax payers. Chuck
  12. Good job it wasn't one of these . That could really do some damage! I guess, that would be used in the case of no Jack Daniels! Chuck

  14. Where o you find this stuff? Chuck
  15. Why should Mrs. O be upset? Just because her hubby is playing cutesie with another woman. Wow! No sense of humor! Chuck
  16. This guy doesn't give-up easily, does he? First, we get it in English and no, in Spanish. Either way, what he's selling is illegal as hell. Chuck that you think he's actually selling anything is pretty funny! You think so? The only impression one can get by his lengthy post is... he's selling documents. Chuck

  18. I believe, you have a good point. I'd have slammed the door on the ol' boy and call-911 and explain the situation. Chuck
  19. Something the story does not say is, was the older man being threatening? Was he being loud and scary? Did the younger man feel he was in imminent danger? The younger man is the only one who is able to tell the story. The older man isn't talking. Like so many news stories about shootings, we don't get the whole story. I do get the impression the younger man may have just been a little too quick on the draw. To me, this is too open ended. Chuck
  20. Don't delude yourself. This type of stuff is almost always only on a contingency basis. Any competent attorney would spend about an hour looking ito it and then taking a pass. Why do you think it is called 'The Uninsured United Parachute Technologies?' JerryBaumchen PS) I accept that 'competent' is subjective. I see! Chuck
  21. Do Cows have that much amnio fluid? I was like - WHOAH - HOLY SHIT! Not as much as an elephant but quite a bit. I've never gauged it. I've had cows charge me because I got too close to her calf. I've seen cows take-on another cow's calf because the mother refused to let the calf nurse. Chuck
  22. Really? As a big fan of President Hussein Obama myself, I love seeing shit like this. While I think more guns in society are a bad idea, occasionally, something likes this comes along and makes me think twice. Had that customer in that store, with a gun, not been in that store, that employee could be dead. Part of being a concealed carry permit holder is to protect the life of another. Crooks with guns during a hold-up get jittery and bad things happen to innocent people. This incident only solidifies concealed carry. The thinking on the part of the family of the crook is more than mis-guided. I can see a civil suit coming from this and that, is just too wrong. Chuck And for every case like this where a concealed weapon may have prevented a death(s), there are many more where a concealed weapon was left on a car seat, on a kitchen table, or some other place where a child finds it and kills themselves or others. I don't think an attorney would ever take this case. You'd be surprised! There are some scheister lawyers out there who will take-on anything if they think there's a dollar in it. Those careless people with guns should not have them and they only make it rough for real, responsible gun owners. I can't see generalizing 'all' gun owners. It's that old story... one bad apples spoils the bunch. Chuck I don't think being forgetful makes you a bad person, just human. With the number of concealed guns growing, accidental shootings of children are going to grow at the same rate as Concealed weapons. If people like this can be forgetful, I suppose anyone can. This happened 2 blocks from me. http://www.mercurynews.com/ci_21020993/probe-continues-into-shooting-death-gilroy-san-jose As far as a lawsuit, you may be right. One could never go broke in this country betting how low an attorney can go in trying to make a buck. What a very sad thing. We don't have all the facts and I don't feel we should draw conclusions, blame or generalize. I do agree with the idea that those gun owners who are careless with the way they store their guns, should not have them. Simply telling a child to stay away from your guns is like giving the child a book of matches and saying 'Stay away from the gasoline'! I do support the idea of familiarity and education of children on guns and gun safety. Sadly, there are too many who won't take the time to do that. I would like to see the results of the investigation in this case. Chuck
