  1. I didn't choose to not believe in Christianity or any religion. I studied the Bible and Christianity and found that it didn't meet the burden of proof necessary to be credible. I have not been able to find any evidence to support the existence of anything supernatural.
  2. Some of it's well written, but not all of it.
  3. Be my guest...go on and feel free to see for yourself if you must. Your choice... That's the thing it's not a choice. I can't choose to believe in something that makes no sense and has no evidence to back it up.
  4. It's not a threat...just looking out for you guys - trying to give ya'll a chance. I don't wanna hear you crying when you finally get your proof. "...and at the end of your life you groan, when your flesh and body are consumed, and you say, “How I hated discipline, and my heart despised reproof! I did not listen to the voice of my teachers or incline my ear to my instructors." You don't seem to understand what a threat is. You say if we don't believe like you do, that we will suffer a horrible end. That is a threat. You don't seem to understand what a warning is...are you always this defensive? If somebody warns you of bad areas you may encounter during your travels do you tell them to fuck off? "The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty." Your claims of this danger are baseless and have no evidence to support them. So why would I take them seriously. Your "warning" doesn't come across as a warning. You are saying believe this or else and even more you don't provide any credible evidence to back it up.

  6. Christians always at some point devolve to thinly veiled threats. Like we are supposed to be afraid! I always find it amazing that they think we "hate" their god. It's the equivalent of saying we hate unicorns.
  7. Your "empirical evidence" is of such a low standard that it could be used to support any deity. I don't have to prove anything... I'm just here to warn you. You made a claim and I am saying you have no evidence to back your claim. If you don't want to or can't produce any evidence to support your claims then your claims are nothing but empty talk.
  8. Your "empirical evidence" is of such a low standard that it could be used to support any deity.
  9. All imaginary things. It's real...there is a God. You will either reject him and spend an eternity in Hell absent from Him (which is what you want, apparently) or you will accept Him and live spiritual life everlasting...it's up to you. That's all I can say...sorry. It is what it is... So you claim. Yet not a single shred of evidence exists to suggest that any god exists much less your specific god.
  10. It appears you fear a loss of something personal. Has the loss already occurred? Or, do you anticipate a future loss? Like I said you are reading way too much into this. It's very simple. No evidence to support the supernatural claims so I don't believe it.
  11. Prove it...is it like some type of secret society conspiracy,? - lol. There is no evidence to support the supernatural claims of Christianity or any religion. So it is only reasonable to conclude it's a scam.
  12. Of course...but with christianity, I believe the change is a byproduct of faith, it's not the reason for faith...well, maybe initially, but as one matures in the faith they have a tendency to realize that's it not "all about me." Evangelicals today seem to embrace the idea of a "man centered" theology, but I think the healthy approach is a "God centered" theology where it starts with a realization of our own depravity and a true desire to appreciate and establish a spiritual connection/relationship with God who we feel is self evident within us. Now, the repentance and obedience that is necessary to have this connection is what leads to a changed life, sometimes the change is unexpected and nothing as anticipated. All I read is blah blah blah. Give me an example of something that can only be accomplished with the Christian faith and can't be done any other way.
  13. What does it matter? It's still a scam.
  14. I wouldn't expect a spiritual being to meet the burden of limited scientific physical proof...c'mon. Besides, It doesn't matter...I don't have to struggle with the vanity of the deity question anymore. I found something that works for me...the personal evidence is in my life and it's all I need to sustain my faith. I have no reason to deny it. What works for you, doesn't necessarily work for me...and I get the impression that people like you for whatever egotistical reason have the need to feel superior to us for how we cope with life, as if you're doing it "ALL BY MYSELF!" Nobody does life by their self... How do you know there is any such thing as spiritualism or spirits? I don't see any evidence to support any of your claims.
  15. Sure, some people use it to scam others...that's the world we live in. That's human nature for you...I strive for something beyond that. We all know the world shouldn't be what it is today, and it doesn't have to be. How would you know what can or cannot be done through faith? Personally, I don't think I would've seen a reason to change without scripture. Just about everything it teaches about spirituality is in conflict with what I find natural in my carnality. To the natural man scripture is foolishness...one day it just wasn't foolish to me anymore. I saw it from a perspective I've never had before and from then on I've desired spiritual life and haven't turned back since, no way. People can change with out the Christian faith. Why shouldn't the world be the way it is?
  16. No and no You are trying to read too much into this. It's very simple no religion has met the burden of proof for the existence of any deity.
  17. How about I just don't like being scammed? I thought that would have been obvious. I can't believe in something that doesn't make sense and doesn't have any evidence to back it up. Like religion, all religions.
  18. What is your point? I am not going to get into specifics of what I like or dislike.
  19. Christian faith is a scam. There is no evidence to support any of the super natural claims and everything it claims to do can be done with out religion or faith in deity.
  20. There are people I dislike and would prefer to avoid, but no one that I hate.
  21. Who do you hate? What do you mean by this? Are you looking for a list? I don't hate deities. I think they are a scam.
  22. And the funny thing is that you STILL seem to think that has butt fuck all to do with faith...lmao, get over it dude...better yet, get over yourself. If it works, it works...there is not a damn thing you can do about it, not matter how much you hate it. Just because lots of people like to believe in an imaginary being doesn't make it real. I can't hate something that doesn't exist. At least you can admit that there is no evidence to support the existence of your deity.
