I for one sure as hell hope that I would never get hired at a place just because I am hispanic and not because of my skills. AA is a slap in the face and so is that bullshit of giving minorites extra points on tests. Fuck their extra points, I don't need that.

The psychology of it is extremely unlikely to change. You would need to get rid of jealousy and insecuritys first before any real progress would be made. me personally I think that 'if you had enough time' is a really big if. In that situation I don't think I would spend any time looking at my altimiter and all of my time just trying to get a controllable canopy over head and then preparing to land. But If I had a couple of thousand feet and a somewhat controllable canopy over head I might consider making changes to the canopy with a hook knife. It all depends on how reliable I would believe the canopy is. I wouldn't want to make a manageable situation into an unmanageable with a wrong choice with the knife. Bottom line if you have your last chance over head and it is working, do you really want to fuck with it?

Ha Ha Like the UN sanctions did anything to stop Saddam from profiting. Hell the UN was lining its own pockets from the Oil for Food deal. The UN is by no means a neutral entity. Why would the have ever approved any military action in Iraq when the were making so much money off the suffering of the average Iraqi. Saddam didn't suffer and was thumbing his nose at the US. He got what he deserved and so did the people that supported his regime.

Yes tolerance is something that should be taught, but it isn't necessary to bring up anything of a sexual nature to teach tolerance.

I am sorry but I call bullshit here. These two scenarios don't relate at all. Sex education isn't usually taught to kids that young. Parents should be the only ones even bringing up such discussions at that age, not cartoons.
