    That is a big what if. From what the doctors are showing it appears that there is very minimal brain activity. So if she is laying there praying to god then it isn't much of a prayer. Another What if and in my opinion is more likely, what if she is laying there praying to god asking to just let it all end quickly? How many years has she been like this? I wouldn't wish that situation on anyone.

    skydivers like to spend the entire weekend at the dropzone. I don't know about you but when I get up in the morning I like to take a shower before starting my day. And that is why there are showers at the DZ.

    I have always felt that there are things that much worse then dying in this world and for me this is one of those things. I personally would not want be kept alive in a vegetable state or even near vegetable state for years. Even worse would be if I were paralyzed from my neck down. That would be the most difficult thing to experience for me. If I were this lady I would rather be dead. There is no quality of life and very little to no hope of it ever changing. I think her parents are being selfish in keeping her alive.

    Alright Wendy I have finally been offended. I find this post offensively offensive. This is the most offendid I have ever felt! I am THIS close to crying. Here I thought every post on this website was entirely about me. You just burst my bubble. There I was walking along in my own little world and you (YES you Wendy) have just blown it all apart! I don't how I can live with myself now. ha ha ha

    Skydiving is for anyone that wants to be continuously broke and have lots of fun. There are very few people that have made lots of money in skydiving. But hey why die and leave a rich corpse?

    It is fun for those that like to skydive, but the moment you don't respect it, it will kill you. The things that you were being told in the class might have sounded simple and obvious are not nearly as obvious and simple as you think. But there is no way for you to understand this till you take that first jump. Your first jump will be like nothing you have ever experienced. There is nothing that you have ever done that could possibly prepare you for the psychological and physical effects of jumping out of an airplane for the first time. There is no way to predict how you will respond to this. Everyone reacts differently.

    This what the Islamic community needs to be doing. They need to speak up when crimes are being commited in the name of Islam. To not say anything is to encourage these criminals to continue what they are doing.

    Sure I have done that a few times. I have also done some CReW. Make sure you let everyone know what you are planning. Especially the pilot.

    I check it right after opening to decide if I can make it to the landing area. If think that I might not make it back and I might have to land out then I will check it more often as I work the canopy to maximise my distance.

    I compare that to what I get from different users that deal with in my work (Network Administrator). I have had people say well can't you just flip a switch and fix this problem. It should be easy to fix this problem all you have to do is "blah blah blah". Most of the time they don't have any clue as to what I do to fix any problems that come up on my network. The things that they think are the simplest are often the hardest things to fix and what they would think is really hard is often easy. People want a quick and easy fix. "just flip a switch"

    hmm how about personality? Does that matter?

    cool You should be able to recover the info that was written over. There will still be a ghost of the info under the current data. Just because it was over written doesn't make it unretrievable. I have been surprised by the amount of data I have been able to recover on hard drives.
