    yea, my dad has about 2700 jumps. my sister made about 60 and stopped. my mom has about 3 jumps or so. and then my 2 brothers have made about 15 or so jumps. other than that i think a few aunts and uncles have made a tandem. i dont get to jump with my dad much, but when i do it's always cool. i don't know, it's just fun to go jump with the dad sometimes. later

    personally i think that is the dumbest thing you could do. i mean, you already are putting your life in enough danger, why add to it by slowing your reaction time down?? now, have i seen this done, yes. do i say anything, no, people can do as they want, it's not for me to stop them. now i will ask them, you sure you want to go make a jump? and i have talked people out of jumping at least for a while after smoking, but hey if they want to do it, just don't involve me, fuck up my dropzone by going in, or screw over my pilot and i'm fine with it later

    i saw orly down in FL the begining of jan. he's been travling around with matt hoffmen (sp?), and like other biker's and like skaters like bob burnquest (sp?). so where ever the next show is for a bike or skate thing, he'll propably be at a dz near there. later

    my buddy has a 109 vx, and he ordered his rig for a 150 heatwave (that's actuall what he had before the vx). and it goes in there great. later

    i know red bull has there own comps. i believe go fast just sponsers pst events. and i don't think you have to go to a qualifier for a red bull comp. later

    it's 180, but as much as vern hits the bank, it may be 185 now and to add to that, a xfire goes dirt-water-dirt on the same pond. later

    i've jumped a few xfire 2 's (89, 105) and a vengence 97. the vengence doesn't dive near as much as the xfire. i guess the turns are about the same, but i don't really care how fast or slow a canopy turns so i'm not reall too sure. as far as a swoop, i could get a longer swoop on the crossfires than the vengence, but everyone's different. some may be able to get a longer swoop under a vengence than a crossfire. i can't speak for the samuri or the jedi, because i have never jumped them. later

    what's up so i put erin outside because she wanted to go. but now she won't come back in. she loves the snow, she'll be out there almost all day now, i'm sure of it. oh well. she can just be cold if she wants. later

    well one of the first things it does, is let you canopy get wider, you lines can spread further out. this lets the canopy get flatter. and it also reduces drag by pulling it behind your head. and even though it is still collapsed when it is up top, it still makes noise, so when you pull it behind your head, it doesn't make any more noise. later

    the last time i talked to simon, he said it more than likely would be out late spring/early summer. but i haven't seen anything about it anywhere. i may just have to shoot simon and e-mail and find out.

    who knows, and who cares, at least i don't. me and my vx are quite happy, it would just be nice if it was a 98.3 () instead of and 85. i know that they were supposed to be coming out with a reserve, i saw the fucker hanging on a rack at PIA, and i still haven't seen anything about it being released. later
