hey, i think i've packed that one a few time, just maybe . now look, i know my rig will be pimp looking, but i'm not really sure how your going to get a pic of my wings . i would have to say that the "bloke" who drew them did a pretty good job, and that "bloke" wouldn't happen to be you would it adam. later

that may be it, but i really have no idea. and i guess i've never really asked anyone it before. but it wouldn't make too much sense because sunpath has a much longer bridle than wings does, and they i assume haven't had any problems. later

right. i also did this mod to my container because i was having problems with my bag coming off my back. i jump pull out, and for some odd reason they have a shorter bridle for the pull outs. i didn't know this, and also ordered a smaller pilot chute, which henry didn't want to build (23" i think, maybe 24") but he did. and when i pulled my bag wouldn't come off my back until i hit the side of the container. well i didn't want to call wings and let them know they were right about having too small of a pilot chute , so i let my corners out a bit, and it fixed everything. part of the problem too was i was putting a 85 vx in a container made for a 79 fx, so it was too big. but i made it work

it's not for the fit of the suit, but for the deployment. so when you pull, the bag can come off you back without catching any corners. it takes a bit more time packing, because you have to make sure you get the bag in good and even. but not a big deal at all. later

it may be from the birdman mod. the container has almost no corners (it is sewn up like and inch or 2). and sometimes if you don't get the bag in there just right, it does that. later

no, a shallower arc would make the swoop shorter. that longer the dive, the more speed it can build up. and it would make the room for error even less. later -
only the rigs with the cut in laterals have this, that i've seen anyway. later

that is on my dad's girlfriends rig. she has quite a few jumps on the rig know, and hasn't had any problems. i still can say i'm not sure if i like it, but i haven't seen anyone have a problem with it yet. later

they are similar to the wings risers. i have put about 500 jumps on the set that i have now, and they are still going strong (i kept my old risers on my canopy and just switched rigs when i got my new one) later

damn, you are braver than me. i won't hardly even go outside, let alone make a skydive. hell i just unpacked my reserve and it's going to be unpacked until i get my cypres 8 year service done and it's new home shows up (wings W-8-2 ext ). have fun, stay warm, and tear that iced over pond up. later

dude those are perfect swooping winds. you just downwind it, and you'll hvae the longest swoop of you life. i promise. and then you start trying to dial in downwind landings, which is tough trying to stop where you want. but it's good practice so when you go to an accracy swoop come, and the course is downwind, you'll know you can still stop in the right place. lata

uh 15 square feet. i'd wait. i mean your on a sabre now (or your profile says that) and your going to downsize to a much more high performance canopy, and now your thinking about going down 2 sizes. that's a big difference. later -

my new ext should fit you when it gets in. my w-4 would too, but you may not quite be able to reach the pull out handle. i mean, i struggle to get it, and your way taller than me . but my ext should do ya good. hell i'd even be willing to let me rig get dirty if you jump my 85 . come on. you'll be ok i swear edit: oh yea, but i'm pretty sure that i asked for the 97, but we'll see. later -

yea i thought too. i mean there's a lot op people out there that will want a canopy bigger than 120. and if it's going to compete with the xfire 2, then they defentally need some more sizes. but don't worry phree, i won't buy one so there's one less person you would have to worry about. later
