What the heck were you IN...steerage? I felt like I was in steerage!! I was in a balcony stateroom. The fourth one down. Mid ship balcony BA. One level up from an inside cabin. There's no way it could fit 4 people for a week where everyone makes it out alive. http://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/pearl/staterooms/2/balcony#tab_detail I saw the Titanic exhibit and the mock up staterooms were bigger than this one!! I just thought of a recent one. On the cruise I took a robe from the spa back to my cabin. I didn't bring one to hang out on the balcony because the cabin was supposed to have one. Nope, the next cabin class higher. Misleading website! And yes, I left it there when I checked out. Always be kinder than you feel.

That actually made me laugh. Mom and Dad would never approve that. You'd just have to know them. I think Mom is actually really happy with me speaking up. She said, "and if they don't come, I'm not running all over town buying things off their lists. I'm just giving gift cards". That's her way of teaching them a lesson! Your Mom sounds so cute!! Will a bit of reverse psychology work on the sister-in-law? Act like your pushing her to go and maybe she'll think she'll miss something good while she's at mass? She'll change her time to something that won't conflict with her "missing something"? I hate playing games but it might work?? Always be kinder than you feel.

I didn't play! Maybe the reviews were from the guy washing your windows. Makes me wonder if deck hand balcony glass washer is a popular job request? On this cruise I think it would've been punishment!! They came back for a second look, didn't they? I don't think they had a choice!! Those dudes worked their asses off!!! A couple of years ago my neighbor said he was going to dress his little kids and his wife as Jugaloos and go trick or treating in our neighborhood. I wish he did it because it would've been hilarious!! Always be kinder than you feel.

As someone who likes going to Mass at Christmas, I think you put it in a way that was nice and respectful. How could she NOT go along with that? When I got married, my husband's family is Lutheran. If we were in Ebensburg for Christmas I went to their church for Mass. I really wanted to be at my own parish at home in NJ, but becoming part of another family requires a lot of compromise. I had a hard time in the beginning but you learn to pick the battles and want your spouse to be happy too.

I know someone who walked around their car on their hands, in a handstand, after failing the field sobriety tests. The cop let them go. I witnessed it myself. This was back in the 80s on Long Beach Island in NJ. We STILL laugh about it! Always be kinder than you feel.

I wonder why so many of us hate clowns? Did we all see the same horror movie as kids?? One time I stayed overnight at a coworkers house after the girls had a work BBQ. The room where she put me and one of my friends? Her Mom's clown collection bedroom. Always be kinder than you feel.

Awwww.... I hate to hear about family strife. Is it repairable by Christmas? Do you want to repair it by then? I hope everything calms down and everyone gets together for Christmas and celebrates the reason for the season and togetherness.
