I lay on my floor on my stomach and put my feet on my couch. I go into an arch and then release it and lay flat. If you do it enough, it feels like reverse crunches or something. My daughter likes to try to copy me. It's pretty cute because she's 2 and well...everything she does is cute.

You haven't really spelled out much at all. He had some shitty things thrown his way and proceeded to deal with them in a shitty manner. He's awful and flat-out saying that people who don't realize what he has (not) done are ignorant is pretty ridiculous. The only good thing that he's done is incite quite a few people to involve themselves in the democratic process instead of sitting idly by while the "ignorant" proceed to vote another GWB into office. -

Haha....She went with me to the DZ to check some out and to ask questions and see which one FELT right on me. I really liked the Alti-track and the ability to keep track of my jumps. She thought it was the nicest too. Looks like I'll be getting it! My mommy loves me....and my dad could beat up your dad.

LOL....my husband and I had Comcast for a while before we moved and we ended up referring to anything that sucked as being "Comcastic." Right now, we have Comcast for our internet, but that's because we live in the middle of nowhere and have somewhat limited high-speed options.

If I had enough money, I would. I would love it if my parents got me one, but I know that they can't afford it. My mom did offer to get me a nice altimeter though, so I'm happy with that! :)

Haha...a few years ago, I was working with a guy who had recently moved up from Florida. Tornado sirens started going off one afternoon and he was hiding in the stock room crying. It was pretty amusing.

No, it doesn't. It states that there will be no designated establishment of religion or anything prohibiting the free exercise of religion. No, it doesn't. It states that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Unless I'm missing something, that's the exact same thing I just said.... "There will be no designated establishment of religion" does not imply the same thing as "shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion". Blues, Dave It does to me. It does to others. Oh well.

Asside from a few of his stances, I think Obama will make a great president. I'm for National Heathcare, Gay Rights, Assault weapons ban. I think Obama will do a great job. It just seems to me that race was much less of an issue to white people than it was to black people. With 95.5% it is hard to say Blacks were not voting "race based". That is indicative of very little if you compare it to other elections. "Post Civil Rights Voting Patterns The United States Census reported that 58 % of African Americans were voting in the presidential election of 1964. African Americans were voting Democratic 82% of the time. This number would swell to 92 % by 1968. With the exception of the 1972, 1984, and the 1992 elections Blacks would continue to give at least 80% of their collective votes to the Democratic presidential candidate says Minion K.C. Morris in African Americans and Political Participation."

With results like this for Obama,(from CNN exit polling) White Men (36%) 41% 57% 2% White Women (39%) 46% 53% 1% Black Men (5%) 95% 5% N/A Black Women (7%) 96% 3% 1% it is hard to say it was not about race for 95/96% of African Americans. Statistically, the black population has strongly democratic leanings anyway. A black democrat surely bumped that up, but it isn't news that African Americans are more likely to vote dem than rep.

Have you ever read it! "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Where is separation of church and state? In fact if we look at the 9th one we read this: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." It is not only against the constitution to enforce some type of religion but it is also against the constitution to restrict it as well, and that is all that is being said. The statement seperation of church and state came from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson. He actually wanted the constitution to contain that phrase but it doesn't and for good reason. I should have kept reading before my posting fingers started flying. Sorry.
