    I cant believe there is not more talk on DZ.com about this boogie. Its a little over three weeks away now. How many Canadian skydivers are heading south? I was just there over New Years and checked out the LZ. Its should be a great time. I think there going to be a lot happening on the island during the boogie. Jerry Jeff Walker is going to be there with the Texas song writers convention. So who the hell is going to be there be sides me? You dont't get to choose how you're going to die. Camera guys get to keep their stills rather than give away film that rarely returns prints. Even if they are not computer geeks they can get prints from the CD as easy as film developing.

    I jump a PC-330 in a RAWA camera helmet. I love this set up. The RAWA helmet is very comfortable and feels very balanced on your head. My previous set up was a Bonehead mindwarp with large Bone head D-box which is for sale in the classifieds. You dont't get to choose how you're going to die.     It sure would be nice to see one of these in regular jump operations. (Boogie tour or WFFC) I am sure it is a pretty expensive bird to fly. When they were new they sold for 600K. But I guess 600K in the 60's was a lot of denero. I wonder what you could buy one today for? You dont't get to choose how you're going to die.     They did some shots out of the C-123. Look at Brent Fendley's photo gallery on DZ.com. He has a shot from the movie with the little honda civic falling out the back..     It was used in Joe Jennings Good Stuff, CON-AIR, and Vietnam. It was used in Vietnam for defoliation missions. (Operation Ranch Hand) Spraying agent orange over the jungles of Southeast Asia. It was under powered so they strapped some General Electric J-85 jet engines on the wing pods along with the HUGE Pratt and Whitney radials. And last but not least, it would make a SWEET jumpship.     I used to go out to Spaceland when i was a kid and watch. I didn't have the money or there was always something holding me back from jumping. I was fascinated with the Dehavilland Otter. I would watch it take off from the Metroport on hwy 3. I never had the opportunity to meet you or your dad. But he sure was well known around here. Now I am an avid jumper at the new Spaceland and wish I would have started jumping back then. Some say there will never be another DZ like the old Spaceland.     Big Daddy's is the three story club that looks like a bat cave inside. (cool place) Tequila boom is cool also. I cant remember the name of the big club that has people swinging on swings from the ceiling. There are a bunch of bad ass clubs there. Be careful...Its a very wild place.     UPDATE.......I cut the plastic housing open on my new cam eye and mounted the switch on the inside of the helmet. I drilled another small hole for my switch. I have just the cam eye internals taped inside with the little red button sticking out. Now I just have a small red button protruding through the helmet. This is a MUCH cleaner install. It did scare me cutting up my brand new, 55 dollar cam eye though. Hopefully today I will make my BEER jump with this new set up. You dont't get to choose how you're going to die.     The little white wedding chapel is where i got married. My brother dressed up as Elvis.
