Maybe it is when you start comparing everything you spend money on to how many jumps its worth. No, I didn't really consider myself a TRuE skydiver until I had jumped and packed my own rig. I live about 60 miles away from my dz. I have stayed there a few times, but my dz is small, so we all have a couple beers and call it a night. i feel ya guys. I was supposed to go to wffc, but the people I was going with backed out on me. Right now, my brother is there--hootin it up, but since I planned on going next week, there wasn't enough time to get work off. Ahh well, I will be workin at the dz all weeekend and jumpin. hey hey bucket, I would go with you on thursday, but you aren't coming back until saturday, and I never took off friday (or saturday). So, now I have to work. Plus, I have to work at the dz saturday and go to lindsay's going away party saturday night. Dunc is now trying to find someone for me to go with. I think he feels bad. good thread.. I think that it is sad, but there are a lot of women who try to change their guys to what they want them to be or perhaps "train" them. If a woman hates something her guy is doing, better hopes she doesn't start using sex as a weapon.
