    I never said only religious Republicans were against gay marriage. Here are two statements, can you guess which one is closest to what I said: 1. All people against gay marriage are religious Repulicans. 2. All religious Republicans are against gay marriage. And here's a bonus statement: There are vanishingly small numbers of Republicans who favor gay marriage and are pro-choice. (Hint: the bonus statement is actually what I said.) Your post only mentioned religious Republicans being against gay marriage.

    The same people who claim we went to war for oil are mostly the same ones who oppose drilling in the Gulf and offshore on the east and west coasts. They are also the ones who support limiting oil exploration on federal lands.

I know you like to conveniently forget that fact. It also wasn't for oil. And the left wingers will murder millions of people for an ideology as we have seen in China and the USSR. It is estimated that Stalin murdered over 20 million people. But that's not what we are discussing. We are discussing the greatest danger of violence at the RNC Conference in Florida.     Agreed. However, I would be more concerned about left-wingers in the U.S. rioting. They have a long history of commiting violent acts against those who disagree with them politically. In fact, they have a history of violence against "the man". The Occupy xxx movement and World bank protests just being recent examples.

    can you criminally prosecute employees of a London bank for not following US laws re: banking with Iran? Not sure you can.
