  1. 2) Flies a little more aggressively than the Spectre. Bill can you define this for me? More steeper trim? More sensitive to turn input? You should have been under a 135 ish ( sorry wild guess as to your normal WL) for comparison.
  2. This is the end of the world as we know it. Today, the much feared tectonic shift finally happened: the gay flowers of freefly pants made its way to wingsuits. This is old stuff you've never heard of the steep angled wing flight called flockmonauti? Yes it was also invented years ago by you know who!
  3. Talk to a rigger who is able to make lines in the loft about the lines, I saw your specs. You can always email Stane at attair.
  4. PS. VB will no where near the door for the demo. Shit for the demo I'm getting out with the flat flyers, Whinners!
  5. Don't let VB spot the load into your house this year! The next joker that complains or tells me how to fly a base without first taking compliants through the organizer will resume the role of flying base. If they are a wingsuit instructor I will smash their head in with a packing weight. If you homos want to become the west coast version of pink mike you will be required to jello wrestle the original pink Mike.
  6. Hello Jan, I have two cobalts, one H-mod one plain. To explain why two bad openings in a row and then back to noramal, well you may have not had the slider all the way against the stops. Possible. The nose of the slider pushed too far back into the pack job, another possibility. Things can change when you lay your pack down regardless how well you maintained control before. For me the biggest variable in how fast and hard my cobalts open is to play with how tight I wrap the tail around the lines. This way I can tailor if I want a soft opening during freefall or a faster one for subterminal wingsuit deployments. I always just leave the nose even with the slider front. No pushing it back into or pulling the slider out from the center of the pack. In regards to the H-mod yes it will snivel much, much longer, too much for some people. But before you consider it you must fix your differential line lengths as the h-mod snivels long enough that you can spin and twist up your canopy during the snivel before it ever fully opens.
  7. The scallops is ED's blade demo suit I'm only bringing the ghost and four different helmets. I'm going to modify range by changing helmets from flat to pointy as needed.
  8. LOL.... Which face are you bringing next week? Quote The I get to touch the pink face.
  9. THIS WEBSITE IS AWESOME!!! Well to be honest it was better back before Jason drank the poison cool-aid himself and before fishhook was banned for life for hacking into the core of the mainframe. But let this be a lesson for you young man. Don't say something on the internet that you are not prepared to hear again a few years later......over and over.
  10. Dont bet on it mister........ That was perfect, Eddie! Hey for the record that was my serious flight testing of wingsuits face not my skydiver underachiever hater face.
  11. Do you even fly wingsuits any, or just talk about it Mr instructor?
  12. Thanks for the laugh Chuck. I love you like a brother and therefore I can find the courage to forgive you for taking JP Furnari's foundation and refining it into the infectious herpes like virus that spreading through the wingsuit community. I know you take great pride in it but it has mutated, become unstable and very unhealthy. You are a 100% right in your first sentence about me but sadly nothing behavioral can be done about the hair and its migration that is just my slot on the evolutionary wingsuit formation. I realize that this translates into never being featured on a WS factory newsletter in the fly like a queer profiles section. But there is a very slight chance that some scientist will find a way to harvest my body hair and weave it in to a high tensile yet flexible material to make wingsuit rib sections from. This might get me a mention .....but no picture.
  13. definitely not. Yeah just Like I listen to the advice of a newly rostered wingsuit instructor that just a few boogies ago could not keep pace with an average flock in their average suit. Tells me they gots fity jumps on their new advanced big boys only big wing suit and they are good now. This poison cool-aid Wingsuit instructor shit has got to be stopped!!!! Fags!
  14. There are good flyers and there are instructors and this does not mean the same thing. And I don't want to confuse anybody so at this point in time I'm going to have to claim to be TOO good a wingsuit flyer to be considered a wingsuit instructor.
  15. I'm not sure why there would need to be a specific rating for wingsuit instructors, unless you're trying to weed out competition. Maybe there's some elitist thing going on here that I'm missing. Or not missing. I didn't read through the whole thread though. 7 pages! Jesus! It started out as a good idea five years ago as a nifty marketing scam to sell instead of a new and improved product to sell. It costs zero to fabricate and you can get $300 dollars for it instead of sewing up prototype after prototype of an unsuccsessful wingsuit design and spend the bothersome time flight testing. flight testing new wingsuits is serious dangerous work its much easier and safer to lecture the gullible for thirty minutes and charge them $300 then give them a patch when its all over. Then its straight to the bar for beer or maybe daiquiris.
  16. I bet you guys have every motorhead album.
  17. Just to correct some mis-information..

  19. Ask Heffro, He was on the Super mach1 the first time I met him. He had the Xtra Super mach 1 the next time I saw him a few months later. By now he should be flying the Xtra Ridiculous Super mach 1 and I guess we will see it in a few weeks. Next season will bring the Xtra Ridiculously Super Fiendish mach1, Stay tuned.
  20. There must be some level of difficulty for answering the question asked that I'm not seeing. Which one do you want me to pick?
  21. They probably won't be deployed at high altitudes even though they have the capability. A few hundred feet most likely.
