I am not brainwashed on the administrations belief that SH was involved in 9/11. I don't think they made a credible case. I do however think there is indirect involvement with $$$ and support of terorism. I think Saudi Arabia should be next, because they not only support terrorism, they create it. How about once the customer has paid the down he or she receives the hardware their rig will get and its up to them to have it plated or powder coated in a timely manner and in a process that does not effect the hardware's strength, then the customer ships the plated parts back to the manufacturer for assembly of their rig? This is done in the custom rod and bike world all the time. Glen

No way for twelve you are just doing four more, hell I'm allready at work they can have me for a few hours more getting up and there was the hard part. Then I get more time away. I only work 3 days one week then I'm off for 4 days, 4 nites the next week then I'm off for three. The good part comes My last thursday day shift , after which I don't come back to work for 7 days for a friday nite grave. Seven days in a row off every month. I end up gladly working most of the holidays like thanksgiving so I can make most of the labour day and memorial stuff . What sucks is my company doesn't pay for holidays, its just a day to them. You can have the x-day as long as I get all of the nite jumps off. Glen

I'm also a shifter, but I'm on twelves sounds like you are on eights. We get two weekends off a month. I have to swap time or shifts sometimes to make certain events at the dz. But we jump during the week too here, fewer loads but still enough and the place is less crouded. If you want to be there every weekend say doing 4-way with the same bunch it can be tough. Since every other week we flip to nites and back to days it cuts into more time. But I try not to jump comming off of graveyard shift if I can help it. Glen

Coming from a bigger DZ I know what you mean. There are a fair amount of people that are almost proud that they don't pack, and don't have too,ever. Some just don't have faith in their abilities for others its knuckle bustin work if you are not fluent at it. For me its about the trial and error of little changes in my gear for constantly dialing in the perfect opening. This can only be done if I pack and note any difference. We do have a lot of really good packers and I do use them if I'm involved with something and need a fast turn around or am running a two rig weekend. But to be proud of never having to pack and being fairly new to the sport does sound a bit wrong. And Rob I know what you mean about the tropical only divers. Some have all of their ratings but can barely lift 95 cu, in. tank up a beach and to their cars without some resort deck hand helping. They are not Divers, thats a tourist. When I'm on the DZ the last thing I want to be is a tourist. Glen
