There are a few of us out there still married to our high school sweethearts! I have you 'beat' by a few years though. I also enjoy being a grandma! Hehe, I can give them back to their parents at the end of of day or whenever! The thing with Elvis? I never liked Elvis or the Beatles! I liked the beatles more when they started recording on their own. Uniqueness??? I don't know, I've never followed the "norm", whatever that means. Most people don't know the 'real' me, (she doesn't show herself very often). On the outside, I'm a quiet, reserved lady! Quite shy most of the time. I'm just me! Phreezone, Maybe that is because you are doing what is important to you and living life!!!! How many people always wanted to skydive and don't because of the risk? It's suppose to rain here in the NW this weekend. Figures...... it is our big Hydroplane race and Blue Angel airshow. I'll be busy with out of town guests. They are going to freeze their 'hineys' (they live in AZ!), it's not suppose to be very warm either. If, going by the definition of "whuffo", wouldn't it be when you KNOW why you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane? I know someone isn't a skydiver after a tandem or two, but if you love skydiving, do you still have to be a "whuffo"? There are some people who do a tandem and don't want to jump again (unbelievable!) then there are the ones who understand and know, they have to jump again! Geez, I want to reply to this post, but don't even know where to begin! You are young, don't get trapped in a life that doesn't feel good to you. Change whatever you can to make things 'brighter' for you. Easier said than done, I know. To be your age, and the chance to change the direction of your life, is................I don't know what I am trying to say! I agree, a lot of groups WANT to be labeled and it is a trap that can work both ways, what I meant is the negative name labeling or calling by individuals. J -------------------------------------- Sometimes we're just being Humans.....But we're always Human Beings.

I know it's okay. This has become quite a heated thread! However, we're still hearing people say it doesn't matter, but they are still insinuating (sp?) and presuming. Until (and it will never happen), we can just accept people for who they are without putting a "label" on them, things will always be the same. It makes no difference whether any one is gay, straight or whatever! Everyone should just live their own life and learn to accept that not everyone is the same. Doesn't anyone GET IT? It doesn't matter
