Do what you would feel comfortable doing or what your doctor suggests. How about it everyone, if he did a tandem would he know how his shoulder would react in freefall during AFF? If you are apprehensive at all, do another tandem or just jump in and go for the AFF. If you are at all nervous, maybe you would tense up too much. Maybe talking with the instructors at your DZ would be more help. J

It is a natural rock formation, and a real picture. I would guess that it would be okay. It just resembles a particular part of the male anatomy! It is a work of mother nature. My guess is the rock is in Arizona, Utah, or somewhere in the Southwest. The decision would be yours whether it is work safe, but it really is not objectionable, since it is a natural rock formation. J

First, I don't know where this picture was taken or who the people are that are in it! I'm waiting to hear from the source, to see if it is known. Does anyone here know where this rock formation is located? Kind of interesting of Mother Nature, don't you think? J

One step closer to freedom is right! I don't know if anyone else here has grown children, but when they live at home, you worry more about their safety because you know where (at least where they say they were going) and what they are doing. When they move out and they are on their own, you worry less, because you have no idea what they are doing! Does this make sense to anyone? We went through a lot raising our 2 boys, but they made it and even through some tough times. I never experienced that "empty nest syndrome"! J

I know this show will be repeated, so if you get a chance, watch it. Oh, I'm sure he was just too low for the reserve to open properly, but what do I know! He did survive the fall, so he wasn't that far off the ground, but I can't understand why he cutaway! The narrater was, oh....what do I want to say.....a real Whuffo!!!!! Made it sound like this jumper was absolutely terrified, by the look on his face in freefall. He may well have been scared but geez! He played it up! J

I was just watching the Learning Channel and a program called Sports Collisions. They had on an AFF student dive where he cutaway a seemingly perfect canopy fairly low, but his reserve didn't open! He survived, but has anyone else seen this tape and can you explain this!!!!!! Of course the narrator made it seemed as though the student was absolutely TERRIFIED and that is why he did it. The narrator had no idea what all the practice 'pulls', etc. were all about either! Actually the student was interviewed and he said something like, he was heading for some buildings and he thought if he went with his reserve it would land him more safely!!!!! I'm sure this show will be repeated so if anyone sees it and can explain what the "heck" was this guy thinking! J

You don't HAVE to do anything you don't want to do or feel right about doing! Divorce shouldn't be taken lightly as well as Marriage. Think of your little girl and yourself, why put yourselves through it again? J

Seems odd to me that, if there are things that concern you about the relationship, maybe you should think really hard about getting married at this time??? Just my thoughts though. J
