Poor parents is right, and I say that only because they probably don't have the information needed and will think their children will die if they skydive! I wish someone had given me information about skydiving when I was younger, then I would have known more and done it earlier!!!! Good for you! J

I am so sorry about the loss of your Uncle. How special to be there with him. That sucks about not being able to do AFF! I had been waiting to hear how it went for you. Definitely call the DZ and explain your hardship. If they can't refund you and you can afford to do AFF closer to home then go for that and use the credit for jumps in Florida on your next vacation! Head Up, Cheer Up, you will Skydive!! J

I agree, I think I would rather be outside if we get another earthquake here. Being in the house was not fun and the NOISE was eerie! J

Have you ever been in your house during an earthquake? Let me tell you, it is not fun. The last earthquake we had here, had my house moving so much I was amazed it is still standing! It's funny now, but my husband was on top of the roof at the time! Kind of a scary situation all around! He said the view from there was cool, but scary! J

Grandchildren are the absolute best!!! So endearing, and yes, you know they go back to Mom and Dad! I am so grateful for my granddaughter and grandson. I hope everyone gets to experience being a grandparent! J
