My father's side of the family is SO country, but I've never had fried turkey, either. I've had fried okra though and fried green tomatoes and fried everything else. I grew up on grits for breakfast. Like someone else said, I like em' with cheddar cheese Haven't eaten them in a LONG time, though. My mom's side of the family is all German so, naturally, I know a good sausage when I see one I don't eat many animals, though.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this b/c I haven't read all the posts but Skydive Deland always has Turkey Day and Santa Day feasts for everyone who wants to come. They have a sign-up sheet for food and a lot of skydivers who live on the DZ go and quite a few who don't live on the DZ, too. BZ and I went last year after we went to my family's house and we'll go again this year after we go to my family's house again. My paren'ts are retired and travel a LOT so they bought a house 5 minutes from the DZ for me to stay/shower when I want and so when they're in town, we can conveniently see each other. They are so practical So, we'll have Turkey Day with them around noon and then off to the DZ to see the rest of our family. Everyone should see if their DZ offers such a thing. I think it's wonderful spending the holidays w/ my skydiving family. They are the greatest family I've ever had! Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Meemmmorriess......me and Skymama used to talk about the previous night's episode ALL THE TIME! I don't care what anyone says about the prince of f*cking darkness...I LOVE the Osbournes! I'll be tuned in! I should also add, I freakin love Sharon Osbourne. She has the greatest sense of humor and laugh! I love them b/c they're blunt and honest. My kinda family!

OK...I can ATTEST to these...HA HA HA! That is WAY TOO funny. I don't, however, fit any of the girl shower categories. I'm usually the one, also, walking naked to the shower and flashing my na-na's at the peeping boyfriend making the "Woo" sound Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Are you guys nuts? None of these movies, in my Xpert opinion, are good skydiving movies. The only thing cool about them is someone got to do some stunts. The only movie I really love is Dropzone and NOT for the skydiving scenes but really just b/c I really liked the movie Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Yes, I second the job thing. I'm graduating in two weeks, need a grad job so I can make tons of $$$ to make tons of jumps and really crank them out this next year! Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Yea, that's what I really loved about it, but be prepared to entertain yourself around a bunch of young idiotic high school boys. That's basically who worked there except me. Like I said, I did it for the free tunnel time, free test jumps, f*cking w/ customers (making them think they were going to BASE) and most of all, the kids. I LOVE kids (but only when I can give them back when I'm done) Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Yea, I used to go w/ little girls all the time. there's no size requirement but there is a weight requirement and the parent's often chicken out so I'd go w/ little girls or boys who wanted to go. I LOVED doing that. This one cute-as-hell little 6-year-old held my arm so tight all the way up. I asked her if she was excited and she had a big smile on her face and said quietly, "Yeesss"...ha ha ha. She was so cute and so brave. Much braver than the chicken-shits on the ground! Dove, which skycoaster did you do? I worked at the World's Largest SkyCoaster for a couple months so I could get free tunnel time (SkyVenture and SkyCoaster are owned by the same company) so I used to fly for free in the tunnel every week. When I worked there, we were the test dummies to make sure it "worked OK" before we opened for the day. Ha ha ha. We'd do funky things to it and make it more fun. I used to put the video "First BASE" in the player all the time and when potential customers would come in they'd ask, "What's that?" and I'd reply, "That's what you're doing today...Here's your waiver so we're not liable for any injury or death." (Just joking around of course) Ha ha ha. I only worked there a couple months...enough to rack up some good tunnel time. I didn't care for the job much, but I could do my homework while I worked and it was easy so what more could you ask for? Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
