Yea, I saw that ad.... At the risk of sounding snobby, I'm picky about my jewelry...I don't have a LOT, so to speak, but the few things I have are really unique and get a lot of compliments. I'm really looking for something along those lines Most of the jewelry I have, I picked up in another country, so it's really nice but a LOT less expensive. Yup, it's entirely posssible. The only advertising, I do, however, is I have a skydiving license plate holder. It just says "Live large. Skydive" No stickers or anything else. I like when other cars on the Highway with skydiving stickers honk at me, but other than that, like I said, I love being mysterious Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

That's awesome. Yea, I don't often wear my skydiving pin necklace or T-shirts or anything except to the DZ b/c I'm generally dressed for work or othewise. But, I've been looking into designing my own skydiving jewelry; not to be sold to others, just for myself. I have this big sterling silver ring that covers half my finger that I got in Jamaica. It's my FAVORITE and I wear it almost every day. I thought about having a ring like tha made w/ a full-size skydiving pin as the front-side (sterling silver) and well, it's kinda hard to explain. I haven't seen any full-size sterling silver pins, only the mini ones, so I'll probably have to have that made, too. That's my only idea I'm pursing so far...it would be the skydivers jewelry for the business person I need to be business at work to make my $$$ so I can jump my ass off on the weekends. I'm very proud to be a skydiver, but generally I don't advertise myself, or anything else about myself to anyone. I kinda like that *mysterious* feeling...walking next to people that look at me and think one thing, and yet have NO IDEA what else there is to me...I LOVE that. I love knowing something they don't know, doing something they don't do, etc. It's GREAT! But I also think it's cool to recognize other skydivers by their attire/closing pin, etc. It's happened to me once before, too, and it's pretty cool. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Geez...I feel evil for loving the holidays! BZ doesn't care much for them either but I LOVE the lights, decorations, music at Starbucks, warm expresso, hot chocolate, egg nog, etc. I love buying people presents, and I LOVE SENDING/HANDING OUT CARDS! I'm all about cards. I don't like cookies but I even love baking cookies around the holidays. BZ likes them, too. I love giving people their cards/presents, going light-looking, wearing sweaters to warm up, being naked under a million covers and snuggling up to stay warm. I just really love the holidays. I dont' care much for the crowded stores, either, but I usually start my X-mas shopping 4 months in advance. I'm done now. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Geez....I'm in the minority. I have two; my best friend since K-grade who has been there and seen me before, during and after every major event, horrible event, etc. in my entire life, and my boyfriend who is also my best friend and who, next to my best bud from K-grade knows me better than anyone in the world. There are MANY things about me, things that have happened to me, things I have to deal w/ that ONLY these two people know. No-one else in the world, including parents, etc. know. I've always had a MILLION acquaintences. I'm easy to be friends w/ and fun to hang out with, and I genuinely care about a lot of people who are close to me and look out for them, etc. Skymama means very much to me as well as one or two other close friends. I am very protective of my close friends. But, only two best friends. I'm very blunt and honest but I simply don't talk about quite a # of things. For me, there's no reason for anyone to know. Past is the past and can never be changed so why dwell on it and tell your sad/happy stories to everyone you meet? What matters most is the present and future and that's what I base many of my relationships on. Of course, everyone needs to vent, sometime, about the past, and that's where my best bud and boyfriend come in. The best part about my best bud is that, I NEVER need to explain...SHE'S BEEN THERE. I've always had a lot of friends that come and go...that's natural, but I'm SO LUCKY to have someone that is a rock to me, is a stable, reliable source that has been and will always be there. If I could wish anything for everyone in the world, it would be to have someone like that. B/c through times when I had no-one, I always had someone Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

As ordinary as it sounds...I have reoccuring dreams that I'm skydiving, but I don't pull, I simply fly to the ground and land safely. I had a dream once where BZ through a black bat at me and I tried to put it outside but it wouldn't leave me alone. When I woke up, I looked up what a black bat was and it meant something bad was happening. I was pissed at BZ all day for throwing it at me Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
