Soooo, my run went VERY well. I really enjoyed it. Really adds a spunk to the step with a tingle in my mingle region The quickie shower afterward was AWESOME. Yes, lisamarie was correct. Water IS an interesting addition Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

O.K---the tickling sensation makes for fantastic fun with self--especially at the right moment. I kept delaying the actual in order to feel that over and over. Sooooo, good. The heat after a while got to be a little too much, but then that goes away and the pleasure remains. Overall, I'd give it an 8. Not bad---could have been a little better. I would not recommend more than what little amount I must have received, which will remain a mystery so proceed with caution. I will let you know how my run goes. 3 miles today.
