  2. Fair enough. Though, I have never had any complaints about my aesthetic. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  3. And slap-bracelets were all the rage once, too. I do not hang my hat on numbers. I do not even like hats. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  4. And yet I found Napoleon Dynamite and Old School hilarious despite lack of any appropriate experience to relate to. Maybe it is because those were funny movies and The Hangover sucked... Just a thought.

Awesome movie. I give it 4/5 stars. I have been a fan of Ellen Page since Hard Candy (much like I "discovered" Angelina Jolie when I first saw Hackers), and count Juno as one of my all-time favorite movies. Definitely worth watching.
  6. Found it. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  7. Totally! Although, mine is the generic kind. I do not have time to Google now, but there is a new one I really like I might get for running and other things. It is like a wristlet with the trigger in the palm and the spray on top of the hand--point, press fingers into palm and aim at target. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  8. I love a few Fritos Scoops and Tostios Jalapeno Scoops with a giant bowl of Costco's Kirkland Signature Organic Salsa. Mmmm. My favorite!
  9. Anyone seen The Cove? Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  10. Zoe' is an expert at opening doors. All of the doors in our house have pull down handles, so she knows how to jump up, hang down and launch the door open. We have one closet with the fold-open doors and she knows just where to slip her paw under and pull out so the door opens. This is the closet where we keep the skydiving gear. 11. Looks familiar! Sabre likes to walk back and forth in front of my monitor and finally lies down on my papers--the ones I am writing on. Sometimes, he is more considerate, though: Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  12. Just heard about this on Boortz this morning (yes, I love him). So silly--no different than those criticizing the wealthy in the U.S. for making big purchases rather than being sensitive to those who cannot afford to spend right now. Having said that, I do not know how much fun and/or relaxing I could have in Haiti right now. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  13. Did you read the NY Times piece I linked? It gives a brief history. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  14. Take your time. I will not see it until its Netflix DVD release. Oh, I also rarely--if ever--read a screenplay. We can have a discussion about that, if you like. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
  15. Part of_your_process. When I hear accolades about a film from trusted sources, in addition to learning the film is largely character-driven with an intelligent and psychologically-troubled main character (my favorite), and_then_discover that a provocative virtuoso whom I regard is trying his hand for the first time directing with_complete_creative_control, why would I need to see the trailer as part of the process in deciding whether or not to see the film? 16. I get it; you prefer trailers. He financed it himself. NY Times Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
