Exactly my point. To any independent observer your theories have failed every single test they've been subjected to, and you have made no progress in having your theories accepted by any official or important body.... and yet success is still just around the corner. There is no 'lose' situation for you guys. That is possibly the funniest thing he has ever written. "but this or the next thing is a sure thing" If "this or the next thing" doesn't give you the outcome you are looking for, will it be the next thing, or the next thing, or the next thing or.........and on and on. In twenty years the Discovery channel will have a show about the 9/11 conspiracy that will be aired right after the show about the JFK assassination conspiracy. That is a very real possibility. I would say the gist of it would be to compare the CT's similarities, of how they keep putting forth the same arguments over and over even though they have been disproved beyond any doubt. Case in point: JFK CT's love to put up the argument that it was impossible for Oswald to have fired three shots on target in the time span allowed. FACT: Tests were done by a major broadcast company in the 60's that showed any average person could pass the test with minimal practice. CT's ignore the fact that Oswalds first shot missed entirely, his second was poorly placed ( if he was trying for a head shot), and his third barely hit the target. I have spent time at publicly owned shooting ranges and hunting lands in many states and was never asked for a license other than the same hunting license needed for hunting on private land. Way to miss the point. No, that was my point. You evidently missed the point when you responded. For the most part, a license is not required to use a firearm on public property. To operate a car on public property a license IS required in virtually all instances. In a way, yes. But it doesn't require a title to be signed and transefered from the seller to the buyer, NICS record. That is not even in the same category as having to have a physical title that needs to be signed and, in some states, notarized for transfer and then registered with the state. Not even close. Dealers usually charge a fee to do a NICS check. Sure, but it is not required. There is no reason the check even has to have a fee associated with it. If I sell a gun or a car to someone else, there's no taxes and no paperwork required besides signing over the title (or making a simple bill of sale, for the gun). Are you saying we should treat guns like cars? No taxes required to be paid by the seller, but taxes are required to be paid by the buyer when they transfer the title into their name, something that has to be done to get plates and be able to use it on public roads. No, I am not suggesting we treat guns like cars. All I am suggesting is that background checks be made on all firearm transactions since gun owners have proven to be inable and/or unwilling to take the responsibility of doing so voluntarily. To quote every NRA firearm safety instructor, "Guns are not toys". Time to stop treating them as such. You realise 'it' refers to the 'result of the trial' and not the incident in which the trial is scrutinising don't you? Obviously not. "and your NIST report" Nice try, but keep digging - I'm sure you can throw enough sand in the air to cover your ass if you keep it up. He keeps digging himself deeper and deeper into a hole with that sand he's trying to cover his ass with. Quite amusing to watch. It's a little hard to conceal a car in your waistband. But, on the other hand, you are not required to get a license to use your gun on public property, you don't have to pay sales tax on it every time it changes hands, there is no title to transfer,.... It's not necessary that I conceal my car if I desire to off a bunch of people with it. Matter of fact, given the right conditions I could injure/kill more with the car. Absolutely 100% true!

I would use an AN-2 on it's side.

In a way, yes. But it doesn't require a title to be signed and transefered from the seller to the buyer, nor does it require sales taxes be paid on private transfer. You already accept far more restrictions on buying/selling a car than have been proposed for guns. Just like your KSM trial and your NIST report, you are happy for a result to be written before it actually happens. The report was written before 9-11-01 ??? Holy shit! I thought your previous theories were idiotic. That one takes the cake! I would give the chicha a try, as well as Luwak coffee, but I think I would draw the line somewhere well before human breast milk cheese. Money can be saved right away by taking a rider course. Most insurance companies give a discount for graduates of safe rider courses. Backroads have their own safety issues. There is normally more gravel and loose stuff laying on the road as well as roadkill. Nothing like hitting a woodchuck to rattle your bones. And a friend lost his wife when a deer stepped into her path, and she was only going 45 mph. I didn't see anyone on this thread demanding that they be forced to conform to anything. Seems to me he was just highlighting the absurdity of the faith based decision making process. Looking after the child of a gay person is forbidden? They were not asked to raise the child, only to educate them. As absurd as their reasoning is to you, it is just as absurd to them for two people of the same sex to want to marry. To them, accepting the children of a gay couple as students would be to endorse the couples' lifestyle, which happens to be against the teachings of their faith. Yeah, the Declaration says that but it's wrong. All men are not created equal but they are created with equal rights. As much as I disagree with the church on their tossing the kids, it is within their rights as a private institution to set their own standards for attendence at their school. It is also the right of those 70% to be against gay marriage, the other 30% to not be against it, and for anybody to change their mind on the matter. It is also your right to say it's ridiculous, but that doesn't mean you are right. It is their right to say your opinion is ridiculous, but it doesn't mean they are right. The USAF is Obviously Upgrading its Capabilities!

Clearly an AN-2 needs all 15024 feet of runway 04R/22L.... If Toyota built the AN-2 it would. HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit. -

I can't, at this moment, think of much of anything more redundant than landing an AN-2 at KSC’s Shuttle Landing Facility. Cool bunch of bikes! As somebody said, i think the entire range of bikes is represented from dirt bikes to racers to cruisers. I think one of the DZ's should hold a bike meet. Have a swap meet, hog roast, live music, free jumps for those who ride their bike..... To the best of my knowledge, the only responses for NICS are yes, no and delayed - there's no 'reason' given to the seller for a denial. The there is no issue about the seller gaining private information about the buyer, is there? Especially if the check is done by the local police. HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit.

Yes, they have proof. The gun was traded by the police to a dealer, who then sold it to the person who sold it at the show in Vegas. So, they confirmed it was a private sale? How did they confirm that? *IF* it was a private sale, the point is moot under Federal law. *IF* it was a dealer sale at the gunshow, then he passed NICS, which means that Cali did not send the barring information to the Feds. It was a private sale, so as the law is now it is, as you said, a moot point. But if the seller knew he was responsible for making a reasonable effort to check the buyers background, and instant check was available, then it would NOT have been a moot point. The movement is gaining steam, but the 1000 signees can't cough up $7 each? You heartless cod! Don't you realize that $7 will buy two bottles of Wild Vine Rasberry Zin from Wal-Mart to supplement the meals they get from the food kitchen?
