    Agreed. If Im pulling at 3k on a normal jump I get open, check air space, left 360, check air space, right 360, check air space, and then a good solid flare. Now that I know my canopy is good to land I start my pattern (usually happens at about 1800). If you want to fuck around under canopy thats fine. I love to. All you have to do is a high alt H&P and you'll have ample time to do whatever you like with the canopy. Also, if you fuck up your canopy "playing around" then you have ample time and alt to deal with it or go to reserve. My 2 cents. Muff #5048

    Not at all. I belive preggers are patients too, however, getting an elective abortion and getting a boob job fall under the same type of "medical care" as its called. They are both elective procedures. That being said; Doctors do not HAVE to perform elective procedures, but will reffer you to a doctor who will do said procedure. Now Ive seen this happen many times personally and the patient has never been inconvenienced in any way. Ive actually seen er doctors call other doctors in to prescribe the "morning after" pill to patients. The only thing inconvenient for the patient is that they have to wait a few more minutes. Same with abortions. Ive seen providers consult clinics downtown that will do the procedure and all of those clinics have been very close by (minutes away). This isnt like skyscam. The people that doctors reffer you to are quite close. Muff #5048

    I have no problem with someone giving me a gear check, BUT NEVER start fucking with my gear without bringing what you are about to do to my attention first. That being said, I have no problems asking for a gear check and asking others if they would like me to check their gear.

    I also wondered about this. I dont really sweat like a pig, but when Im forcing the air out of the canopy and get back up my arms do tend to want to stick to it. I really want to know now after just ordering a brand new canopy. Maybe a PD rep will get on here and shed some light. FYI Ive always been told that a little sweat wont hurt them, but it never hurts to get the answer from the horses mouth. Muff #5048

    I have a good number of skydives; am B license cert (and yes Im one of those people who will not fax the paperwork to the UselesSPA before I'm D certified so I can avoid paying $20 per license); just sold my old canopy and purchaced a new one; have jumped in Mesquite, Z-Hills, Carolina Sky Sports, and Skydive Ogden this season alone (and can verify that). Im not sure does that make me a skydiver? Muff #5048
