Hmmm Gareth's bike is sick indeed... To the waving at other motorcyclist thingy... I try to wave to as many motorcycles/scooters as possible regardless of make and sometimes even cars or even little kids that stare at my bike that love the sound of the vroom vroooom vroooooom as they cross the ped walk in front of me. Sometimes I can't waive though because I am afraid to take a hand off the handle bar in a turn or adjusting my crotch or picking my nose or hand signaling to my riding buddy to stop at the next roadside biker bar A lot of other people wave at me, bimmer riders, little kids in ped walks, harley doods, crotch rocket riders, etc... I don't take in personal if someone does not wave and I do or we both don't or one does and not the other cause I figure sometimes other epople might be wanting to keep their hands on the bars or adjust thier crotch or pich their nose or signal to their riding buddy to stop at the next roadside biker bar.... Maybe people don't wave not out of friendliness but because they just do not? Vrooom vroom!!!!!!! My FXDXI is the poop! if I had a choice though I would have one of everything!

My mom and stepfather are leaving California. They just sold their home in Santa Rosa and are moving to Cornelius (sp?) Oregon just outside of Portland. I just made a super dooper mega serious as can be promise to my mom that I would be up there as often as possible. What's are some really cool things I need to check out or places I really need go to. Where is the closest DZ to Portland? Just curious... Cheers and thanks for any info and advice...

I like beers of all sorts, sizes, shapes and flavors. There's good domestics and imports. My preferences change randomly because I like to try it all. Currently my favorite imports are two Canadian made beers. One is from a brewery called Okenagan Springs. They make a great Pale and they have another called 1800-something (I wish I could remember right now). Also the other one I really like is from a brewery called Granville Island Brewery and these guys make a pretty decent pale too. Both brewery's are in British Columbia I think. But of course my tastes will change again soon and then I'll just drink something else ...

Since my team is not in the playoffs I say screw you all!! I hope San Diego wins the whole sha-bang!!!(rootin for the under dog) I grew up in New Hampshire for 6 years even though I am from SF and I had every right to jump on that Red Sox wagon but I'm sick of the bandwagoners!! Plus my housemate is from Hyannis so I get sick and tired of his belly aching "red sox this and red sox that blah blah blah..." It is fashionable to bag on the Yanks though, so I will jump on that bandwagon. I hope the Yanks loose even though I h8 the fa-kin Angels and their damn rally monkey Giants beating world series mother f'n arrrgggggg.... Though if any team in there deserves it I think the White Sox have the longest drought(just spoutin, could be wrong). I always liked La Russa but no tthat much (didn't really like the East Bay A's and all those WS wins). The Rocket already got his in NY so screw Houston. ummmmmmmm... Go Padres ~ San Diego the only island of hope south of Santa Barbara!!! GO LEFT COAST WOOP WOOP!!!
