Mean or not, that 'joke' had me laughing... I was nicknamed "The Russian Rocket" on my high school tennis team. Don't know if it was because of how fast I was though... Maybe that can go on one sleeve and the blood type on the other?

From what I have observed, it happens quite often. I see the plane take off with several people on board but when it returns only the pilot is on board. OH NO! THOSE POOR POOR PEOPLE!!!

There is no reason an instructor would ever 'bump you away' then blame it on you. The only scenario I can fathom is if somehow you got entangled with the instructor, endangered both your and their lives, and the instructor pushed you away for their own safety and for your safety.

It's even worse when the person exuding that attitude is a coach or an instructor. Every time you ask them a question, they answer it in such a condescendig manner that you don't really want to ask them anything again. -
You afraid to fall out? Above 1500' I dont mind sitting next to an open door, I actually like looking out during the climb. Its the safest spot on the plane! (if the plane isnt wanting to fly any longer, I get out first bitches!) Do some H&P's and make sure you check the spot really well, it might just be a fear of heights and it might help to get used to getting out low. of course I'm afraid of falling out of a plane...who isn't... and good thought on the H&Ps. Will give me a chance to give one of the camera guys at the door a two finger salute as I exit. ;)
