Och as a celtic cousin (The Irish are practically Scots, and vice versa)and a wee pal, I will propose that you are made an honorary Macfeegle. Especially as you mounted a couple of rescue missions to rescue a Macfeegle from the boonies, and we don't forget that sort of thing. The clan Tartan is anything as long as its zero-p. I 've heard of "flyaway brakes", ie they are not routed inside the slider grommets, are those the same things you are talking about? I'm with the fool on this one, let him have his phone, but when you know he's with his pals, call him up to check on him, tell him you love him etc. He'll soon give up on it...hopefully....
