    "Fukuda's website definitely offers some cool accessories" The floating viewfinder looks like a whole world of pain..... Big snag issues. If you take a face hit, its likely to hurt. Loss of stereoscopic vision....no depth perception. Sure its a nice idea, but affordable (a thousand bucks---yikes!!) technology isn't quite there yet. A while back I played with mounting something similar---a chopped up casio portable, but it just didn't come out right Gimme a ring sight or a spot on my goggles anyday. A pieps (avalanche thingy) transponder might work, but again, the cost benefit anlysis doesn't stack up IMHO. EG a free bag costs about 80 uks, a transponder alone (you need a reciever too) costs about 150, how many freebags do you intend to lose?     Yeah he does it fairly well. Highlander is another weird one for nationals playing different nationals (if you see what I mean)... Unlikely to produce satisfactory results, using anything described above. If you are going to watch your video on a TV, its probably best to get it done by a pro, I think there was a contact further up the list. Its all about compression, and resolution, also transferring PAL to NTSC is tricky, there are 4 frames missing per second.....so it looks crap.     I use a Pelican case for my stuff, its bombproof, carries my laptop, portable HD cam, and all the bits. Pelicans are horribly expensive (I got mine for free--long story), but very good. I used mine offshore a lot, and it took a hell of a beating but protected the gear ok. I also have an aluminium case, that is intended for tools and stuff, which is as good, but costs a lot less.     Ramon, you are going about this the wrong way......Assuming you want a title to appear over some live action, or a picture, or you want to animate it etc A and B are video tracksand can't have their transparency altered, anything 'above' those on the timeline will work fine. Place your title on any video track other than A or B and you can set the clip transparency, for titles try white alpha matting.... If you are stuck, let me know and I could send you PPJ file with this type of titling set up, but it won't be till later tonite......
