all this envirometal stuff is mainly about being able to tax people, governments jump on the green wagon as it's easy money and a good excuse for taxes. i'm surprised no-one has come up with a human carbon dioxide tax yet. simply charge people for the aerage amount of carbon dioxide a human expells in a year. it's not like you can argue you don't breathe. Air Tax. yes, that's what it should be called. and we can all have a disc stapled to our foreheads so government inspectors can see we've paid. it depends on how specific the name is and whether you have a valid reason for owning it or not. EG: boots.com in britain there's a pharmacy chain called boots, recently boots.com was sold to them, but someone sat on it for years, which, with a name like boots, you could get away with, you like boots, you bought the name, fine. if i snapped up walmart.com before they bought it they could sue me for it as it's a trademarked name, it's specific to them, they'd win and i'd have to hand the domain over to them. you'll have a job holding companies to ransom for their own name! i don't think it'd do your career prospects any good, and as for selling it anonomously, have you heard of whois.sc? so the fuel gauge was the wrong one for the plane and was reading wrong, yet the pilots go to jail? did they fit the fuel guage? i think they seem pretty calm and collected considering they knew they were in the drink, even putting it down near to boats for rapid assistance. my father flies helicopters and i'm not sure that they dip stick the fuel as part of the pre flight check or whether a guage check is sufficient, oil yes dipstick that, i remember that, they might do fuel i'd have to ask him. i don't think i've ever seen the pilot of an easyjet with the hood up and the dipstick hanging out, bit of tissue in one hand :P Dude #320 "Superstitious" is just a polite way of saying "incredibly fucking stupid".
