I don't know how to make a link or I'd post it. I just watched it on their website. They had to remove the kid from the set because the mother had no control over the kid. Diane couldn't even do a proper interview for trying to help contain the child. My parents would have put up with that behavior about 10 seconds. I understood,"Sit down and shut up." at an early age. I saw something different here. the kid was not misbehaving. He was just being a squirmy kid. And they did the appropriate thing. they removed him from a situation that could have turned into a temper tantrum.

I think someone said children's benadryl doesn't calm them down, just does the opposite. I dunno... is that true? some people get agitated with benadryl, kids and adults alike.

no, not better. they stopped using the silicone for a while because of "implant leakage". had to use saline. I think they are back to silicone, but you'd have to ask a plastic surgeon who does boob jobs. this is just one way to do it. they also go through the armpit, or in the belly button and under the muscle (I haven't seen the latter two). the incision is pretty small, so you don't want to try to shove a big water balloon in a tiny hole. you put it in empty, fill it up, and then sew it. the under the muscle ones are spectacular.

OK. I'm a rookie here, but are you sying they implant empty bladders, and then fill them with saline soln. after they are implanted and the pt is sewn up? 1. knock out patient 2. prep patient 3. make incision around the areola 4. get funky saw tool, stick under skin and cut away skin surface from breast 5. insert empty bladder 6. set patient upright 7. inject saline and play with titty size 8. satisfied, empty titties 9. lay lady back down 10. take out test bladders and put in real ones 11. fill with saline 12, pull out tube 13. sew 14. clean up 15. wake up lady with new titties.

Yikes! Your boobs are going to pop! I thought you could only do that twice without having damage... Not in my own body! Wacme In other people. Really fun surgery. After the implants are in, the anethesiologist puts the woman upright (eyes taped closed, breathing tube hanging from her mouth, and two plastic tubes hanging from just beneath the nipples, then the whole surgery team stands infront of her whilst the surgeon injects the saline. kapow! she's got big gabonzas! we all comment on whether or not they are even, this one is too big, how do they look, etc. Alot of fun! here's minehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-IL9bmT5GQ

wanted to say OMG! What did she do to her cheeks, then found this (attached) and had to agree with acme. But the chest, I've put in a lot of implants, and those are definately implants.

you're putting grass there?! what a perfect opportunity to put in a beautiful country garden that would give you great privacy and be more ecologically correct for the environment. grass takes up valuable resources and gives back very little. I would die to have that big lot and put in trees, bushes, flowers, etc. I would add crepe myrtle trees, plants, and flowers later as 1 week later. Remember, NO HURRY! I love crape myrtles! can't wait to see.
