Nope. Most charge a Diagnostic fee. Should be under $100 unless it is an electrical problem. Those can take longer (Somertimes MUCH longer) to find.

Agreed. If a dog growls or threatens to bite.. Take it up with the owner. Dog Bites, Dog dies. Dog owners need to understand this before letting thier dogs run loose in a pubilc place. Not only will the dog owner be liable, but the Dog will almost always be put to sleep and the owners face possible criminal charges if the person that was Bit wants to take action. Growing up in South Georgia as I did, It was always a given that if the dog Bites a person without provacation, That dog must be put down. Usually the dog owner would do it personally.. But that was back when people took responcibilty for thier pets actions. And one more time.. I like AJ. Never had any probllem at all with him not do I beleive that I ever will but there are other dogs out there that are constantly causing problems. I wish all dogs were as well behaved and looked after as AJ. That is not the case. Most dogs are brought to the DZ and just let go while the owners are up jumping. This thread is not about YOUR dog.. It is about Dogs in general. And In general I think Dogs at the DZ are a Bad idea unless they are kept in an area away from the packing area/hangar and landing areas.

Well said. I also think that a Large DZ that is not on an Airport could easily have an open area where dogs can run and Play without being a nuisance.. As Long as that area is seperated from the Hangar/Packing area and the Landing Areas and everyone would be happy. I love dogs, I just dont think for a minute that they have the same rights as people. They are animals, not children.

In my opinion it is just a matter of time before We have a serious problem from all the dogs at the DZ. I know of at least one dog that has already snipped at a few people. ANY dog that bites me or my daughter will be shot, Right then, Right there. I know many others that feel the same way. AJ is not the problem, Ridge is Not the Problem... But several others are a problem. especially when they start threading and/or attacking Humans. This thread is about DOGS in general at a DZ, Not a Particular Dog at a particular DZ. In general, Dogs at the DZ are a Bad Idea. Dogs Shit, Dogs beg for food, Some dogs are aggressive and will bite. Everyone says... No, Not MY Dog. Yes, Some dogs are well behaved and do not cause problems (AJ, Ridge, Rigger and a few others) but they are the exception and not the rule. In general, Dogs at a DZ are a Bad idea. It is just a matter of time before there is a problem. What happens when a Dog Bites a Tandem Student? Bet your ass the DZ and the Dog owner gets sued. We have designated Smoking areas (even outside).. Why not have designated DOG areas too.

I have to agree with you. Yes there are a couple dogs at the DZ that are well behaved but they are the exception and not the rule. Just once I would like to be able to sit down and eat a meal without 10 dogs running up and sitting at my feet begging.

I hire Mexicans!! $50 every two weeks gets the Lawn Mowed, Edging (I have 2 Drive ways so the edging takes a while), Weedeating and Leaf Blowing. Before that I was just going to bring in a concrete Truck, Pour a 3/4 Acre Slab and paint it green.

Anyone else been watching this show? After 3 episodes, I am still undecided. I like the Characters, Love the Dialogue but it needs to get moving with the plot soon.

Seriously, I will almost anything to avoid checking Luggage, The last time I checked a Bag was for Skyfest last year. It made it to the Boogie a day after I did. They lost Turtles luggage for Dublin this year and took several long smelly days to Finally find it.

Demand a Full Refund and do just that. If they promised you a Rig by a certain date and they failed to meet that obligation, they have breached your agreement and you should be entitled to a refund to any deposits made. Don’t accept poor service. Take your business elsewhere. The only way that companies will start being honest about delivery dates is to make sure they know it will cost them Money/Customers if they don’t meet thier obligations.

Heineken seems to be the DZ consensus although we also have a lot of Redneck Jumpers that think watered down Piss like Bud Light somehow qualifies as Beer. My personal Favorites are Shiner and/or Newcastle but both are a little harder to find around here so I usually end up buying Corona.

I agree. I love a stick shift in a sports car. When I bought my EX Coupe I seriously thought about getting a Stick but the reality is with Atlanta Stop and Go Traffic a HUGE part of everyday life, A Stick would SUCK.
