Dave, the suit is nice, but i have a question.... ..what are those things on your arms and legs, the green tube-like things on the upper arms of the suit and similar blue things on the legs? those are decorative, right? blue skies Tomas -

this weekend...skyvan July 4th weekend--200 all you can jump at chicagoland...tho if the weather sucks, i may explore skydive chicago that weekend. WFFC!!! and during all this time, trying to get a real job, so anyone wanting to hire an engineer (preferably in chicago or southern cal), I'm looking for gainful employment!!!!

Really sorry to hear that, vibes and condolences to you and your family. In the way of jumping, if the weather cooperates it could be a rocking weekend. Chicagoland Skydiving in Hinckley has a skyvan, Hybrid organizing, and demos with PD, whereas skydive Chicago has (i think, someone from SDC correct me if i am wrong) organizing or coaching with the golden knights.

From what i have seen from working in court, even though i haven't seen anyhting contractual, its not so much whether or not parts of a waiver are enforceable. I think that the real point of contention is that both lawyers will try to put different limits on what each of the points of the waiver say, and then it will just come down to what the judge interprets the waiver as saying, and what the facts disputed are, and then whether or not the judge determines that whatever happened according to what he heard falls under what the waiver intends to cover.

i honestly don't think this is going to matter as much as everyone is making it out to be. Especially if the Cubs end up being good (not going all the way, but making the playoffs or missing them barely), then the attention will be away from Sosa. In a year, no one will care.
