after seeing the trailer i have the very early theory that agent smith takes over the matrix by dupicating himself over and over and over again (like in the teaser, the part where he and neo face off in the rain with the street lined with hundreds of him) and they have to fight so that he doesnt take over and kill everyone still plugged in.

actually, when i had tinted goggles the biggest problem wasn't on cloudy days but on the sunset loads....

how do you make the pics postable? i am not computer savvy so some help would be appreciated.

oh, and in related contra-stuff..... there is a band called the MiniBosses that does covers of NES theme songs...i think you can download the songs but i dont know the exact site so you'll have to do a search.

ok, since this is a computer-y thread, i'll ask this question here.... I was playing civ 3 last night, as i have many times on this machine. after i played, the next time i went to use my computer, i noticed that everything that should be white (backgrounds on open windows, outlines on buttons, start menu--everything) was instead white with tiny vertical light blue-light green-ish lines. I went into control panel and i noticed that my computer's concept of what "white" is is messed up, that it is this color with lines on it. Now, any slightly off-white color is fine, it's just white. I tried changing resolutions, color settings, etc. I haven't tried switching monitors yet, but i was wondering if anyone had any idea what the hell is wring with this thing. the monitor is a 18 inch gateway flat panel. video card is a geForce 4 ti 4200. Any help is appreciated, cuz this is buggin the hell out of me. edited to add: i only mentioned i played civ cuz that's when i first noticed the change. i tried running the game again and it worked, but also had these lines where things should be straight white.

i actually saw a real tv episode about extreme stuff, and they showed skydiving, but not anything BAD!!! They were showing people at z-hills playing with a basketball and then playing tennis with a sky-ball.

if i were to make a direct comparison between skydiving and skateboarding, in as far as "extreme" is concerned to the general masses, then i would compare a normal skydive where you "do nothing" and just fall until you pull to some kid skateboarding down the street. I have no actual facts for this, but i would guess that the average joe would consider this "basic" form of skydiving more extreme than the "basic" form of skateboarding. Now the vert ramps and stuff--i'd consider that extreme, and i'd equate that to playing with a skyball, skysurfing, doing big-ways, etc. On senseless acts of video one time they had tony hawk jump from one building to another.....in my opinion that is pretty freakin extreme!! blue skies Tomas

i think on fox sports net they have a show like that, but it covers the mainstream "extreme" stuff like bmx, skateboarding, etc.

How did i start? Well, I was in a cessna over the Vandalia airport in SEptember of 1997, and the door suddenly opened, and an instructor told me "get out and stop" followed by "get all the way out". at this point i was outside of said cessna scared out of my mind, hanging onto the strut. I looked up at a dot painted on the wing, and let go. The static line then opened my parachute....and that was the start...... Oh, you mean motivation to jump??? well, i always wanted to fly, and it looked like the ultimate feeling of freedom. I was right.
