    To answer your question, YES you need three years experience skydiving and of course the 500 jumps to get your Tandem rating.... Consider this. At 100 jumps you can become a Coach! That means you can jump with students working towards their A-license. Normally that student will pay for your jump slot. FREE JUMPS!! Also, Once you get your C-license I believe you can become an AFF Instructor. Don't think you can make as much money as Tandem Masters do but you get to fly your own canopy and supposedly people get burnt out doing tandems....

    Couldn't really tell ya. Ive been to Elsinore but got so fucking wasted the saturday night I got there the last thing I wanted to do was jump on sunday. I was still drunk at like 3 in the afternoon..... I ended up jumping at Skydive SanDiego later that week and that was very nice!

    The winds are definitely something you need to be cautious of but I did 4 jumps there on a couple different days (around jump #36-40) and didn't have any issues.... Apparently about a month after I was there some chick had issues and landed off twice and the second time she broke her ankles and eventually had something amputated. I feel sorry for her but because of that incident you now need a B license and at least 150 jumps

    Skydive Hawaii seems pretty tough to beat. Anybody been in more beautiful jumping scenery?? Post your pics if you got 'em!!

    There is no difference. AFF 1 is AFF A. Except I think it goes AFF1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 OR AFF A, B, C, D, D, E, F......something like that

    The Pac 750 is the only plane designed for skydiving. I haven't gotten a chance to fall out of one yet but looking forward to that opportunity.... I'd say my favorite is the Cessna Caravan. Its the biggest single engine aircraft Ive jumped. But, anything big and fast is great. I think I heard somewhere that single engine planes are safer. Don't know if there is any truth to it but I bought into it..... Attached is a pic of Skydive Hawaii's Caravan.

    Dude, take it easy. I was responding to somebodies inquiry about what happened to Travis Pastrana.... Pastrana did something stupid and USPA revoked his license. Sounds pretty similiar to what is being talked about, eh?

    Because they just made a huge comeback and aren't out of the playoffs yet....... They are jumping around because they get to play again..... I do, however, think that celebrating ridiculously after only winning a ALDS or NLDS is stupid. Celebrate when you make it to the world series and when you win the world series!

    I AGREE!! I do enjoy riding my bike without a helmet. But its just too risky with all these fucking idiots that somehow get Drivers License's.

    I got my own rig at jump #13. Had many troubles with it being new and a 210 in a rig made for 170/190. I had two or three people teach me but I really couldn't do it confidently until Jackie @ Skydive San Marcos actually took them time to explain it all to me and force me to pack it a couple of times. THANKS JACKIE! Since then I had packers pack for me during the day and the last pack job I would pack at home. So, 1 out of 4 jumps I'd pack myself...... I pack all of my pack jobs NOW to save money!
