I remember the first time I saw her on the Red Hot Chilies tour on HBO(97...?). I called a friend to find out who she was and the next day I went out and got all her CD's and have been in love with her ever since Whenever I announce a national venue I always start my show of with her version of classical gas She is my Secret Fantasy girl for a million reasons. Next time she has a concert within reach I WILL have a front row seat. John Fosgate "In the end, its always best to choose the hard right over the easy wrong." LouDiamond MB 4310 www.N3Racing.com

Tommy I have run into the same thing at Lodi. You have to be pretty aggressive at Lodi as a newby (I am too) Thursday and Friday are good days to play there. Talk with Bill and Will and see if they can introduce you to people I'll be there today and most of the weekend if you arch really well and can keep up your welcome to jump with me (I fall kinda fast) ask Kathy where I am I'm thinking of running to Byron Sunday too as I can't go to the Boogie next weekend I HIGHLY recommend you do the Byron Boogie and get on all the MADJOHN loads you can!!!! I jumped with him at Lost Prairie and learned a TON and am trying to figure a way to make at least sat of the boogie I found Davis to be a great place to jump with a great group of instructors that will help you progress and I Jump there as much or more than Lodi now so don't be afraid to branch out some. http://youtube.com/watch?v=hzrLyQSIkrQ John Fosgate "In the end, its always best to choose the hard right over the easy wrong." Motorcyclist dies in downtown Oakland accident FROM STAFF REPORTS Article Last Updated: 08/14/2007 01:03:11 PM PDT OAKLAND - A man was killed Tuesday morning near Chinatown when the motorcycle he was riding was brushed by a SUV causing it to hit a parked car and eject him into a retaining wall, police said. The name of the dead man, a 42-year-old Alameda resident, was not released pending notification of relatives. The name of the SUV driver, who police said was a Coast Guard enlisted man, was not released. The incident happened about 6 a.m. in the 100 block of Seventh Street, between Jackson and Madison streets. Traffic Officer James Gordon said both vehicles had come out of the Posey Tube into Oakland from Alameda and were going eastbound on Seventh Street. He said the Coast Guard member told police he was on his way to work at Government Island in Alameda and that police believe the motorcyclist was also on his way to work, but they are not sure where. Gordon said the motorcyclist was in the extreme right lane which the SUV — a Chevrolet Equinox — was trying to get into. He said the preliminary investigation indicates the SUV apparently brushed the motorcycle, making it hit a parked vehicle and jump a curb where the rider was ejected into a cinder block wall, causing fatal injuries. The SUV driver was questioned and released pending further investigation. This was a good friend of mine and we were going to get together "someday soon" between that and thinking about JP whose demons I understood better than most its just been a sucky day DON'T LET YOUR FRIENDS SLIP AWAY!!! Dave It was great meeting you and everyone from your DZ what a GREAT group of folks Also THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for making the water training as good as it could be for me (a very poor swimmer that doesn't like the water) I was really dreading the water training and you and your rescue divers made it bearable for me. As far as Jason goes I figure an error is only a mistake if you refuse to do something to correct it He made it in and was there, it was a better jump and group of people than I had any reasonable right to expect or hope for!! I'm still totally jazzed and happy about it and all the great fun I had. John Fosgate "In the end, its always best to choose the hard right over the easy wrong." LouDiamond MB 4310 www.N3Racing.com
