Ya know its great to be me... so this morning I'm slowly coming back to life after leaving the DZ at 10 PM last night after beer and pizza and more beer...is just shy of 6 am and my cell phone rings... Its Tims Saunders Co-owner of the Corona AMA Superbike Team and Tim says "John I'm in a pinch can you come down and work as a Grunt Mechanic for a day of testing at the race track, we just added a third bike on Friday and need someone to fill in and help out, I'LL PAY YOU" so today I get to go help with an AFF course at the DZ and tomorrow I get to play with a Pro Race teams motorcycles IT'S SOOO GREAT TO BE MEEEEE!!!!!!

Cyndi We have a medevac (Reach I think) on the NW corner of Lodi. They are very careful and usually takeoff/approach to and from the North or West and stay reasonably low to a pretty good distance. I never worry about them but keep and eye out anyway the unit is bright red and easy to see. Its VERY NICE that they are 2 min away if needed Do make the effort to bring them into the fold though

Ya know I had a promising candidate for some "relative work" but she cutaway before the first jump course so I'm back to the he-man woman haters club again. Pretty bummed too I had high hopes for her she said she'd do a tandem Damn I hate dark days this rain really is driving me into the ground Somebody come take out for some kind of fun, I'm thinking way too much John Fosgate "In the end, its always best to choose the hard right over the easy wrong."
