I think you're right on the I'm sorry thing. You can only say I'm sorry so much...And if you keep being a jerk after that, she's going to question you're meaning of it. Flowers aren't bad if you don't give them all the time. Dinner would be nice. Making dinner would be even better. But really, sit back and evaluate yourself and why you're acting the way you are. I think that you should start slow. Start by leaving him home for 1/2 hour or an hour and see how he does. Then go from there. Get the kid a movie (no, not a porno). I really believe that he will be fine! Talk privately with his mom and see why she hasn't left him home yet. What's her take on it? Is she scared to leave him alone? Does she think he will cause trouble? Or maybe she's just having a hard time watching her kid grow up?

OMG I laughed so hard when I read this! You did a great job! So does anything happen to these guys once you report them?? I know I saw one of those shows on MSNBC, similar to their How to Catch a Predator series, but it was about catching scammers.

I agree with pretty much everyone else here. Unless that kids a troublemaker he should be fine for a few hours. By 10 or 12 I was at home alone for hours. Actually by 12 I was babysitting. So, 15....I sure would hope he'd be fine.

Hello everyone! So I've made a few post here already, but realized I never really stopped by here to introduce myself. I did my first jump 4 years ago in mexico and I was hooked. I now have 13 tandems- I know it's ridiculous. I've worked at Skydive Ixtapa for 2 years and that's how I have so many. I do want to start AFF, but I just don't have the funds and don't know if I will for awhile. So that's me! Hi to everyone! Oh, and if by chance you're from northern Mn, I'd love to meet some people!

Who's Familiar With Student Loans...and Consolidating?

You should be able to just call them and they should give you some options for consolidation. I didn't have any loans with SM, but I didn't have any problems with Wells Fargo. My private loans are another story. I too wish I could defer or put them in forbearance until I make more money. I'm barely making it by right now. Good luck! -
My brother has lived on the big island for the last 5 years and loves it there. Has his own house and everything, nice view at 2500 feet too. Is your brother cute and does he need a roommate?

BRRRR I don't think I could jump out when it's like 0 degrees out or colder!! Plus, sadly, I'm not an experienced jumper. Just a tandem student with 13 jumps! I'll get there someday when I get the money.
