I've found that careerbuilder too has what seems like scams to me. Like all those data entry jobs, but first you have to PAY them something. Do you think that's legit? There also lots on there for working for the postal service but you have to pay $100 + dollars for them to send you a book on then you have to take some exam. Sounds fishy to me!

I'll take that over this cold crap any day!

I have some sort of tool that I don't know what it is too.
-
Got it! thanks! I don't know how I was missing that!
-
ok I have all that. And I got the code, the venus fly trap and whatever that other thing is. I have the screwdriver, but I can't get it to open anything. I've been working on this for like 2 hours now! It's fun but hard!
-
agreed this is hard! How to get into the cabinet?? I have the numbers from the wastebaset (circle), left of the desk (triangle) and from behind that round stool (square). What do I do with them??
-
They are definetly an expensive object! But it seems if you do buy a cheaper one, the freakin underwire also pokes out the side and digs into you! Ouch!

Your link doesn't do anything except bring me to my own homepage...

I don't think I've ever had a good Valentine's Day. Not even the past 2 years when I was with someone. He treated me like shit 2 years ago and didn't even come home and the next all we did was go out to a lame dinner. V-day is not my fav. day of the year.

This is true and will work, but does OP have ability and willingness to do it? (I don't know, I'm asking) Any shop will have an ammeter that will do the same task quickly and easily. The power draw will give an idea what it might be (at least the size of the item). And repeatedly, quickly powering up some things isn't very good for them. I know you said to turn everything off, but some stuff gets power all the time, and doing the "spark check" can cause problems. You're right...I have no idea how to do that. I'm going to have to take it in and have the battery looked at. The battery should still be covered under warranty, so hopefully I can get a new one if that is the problem. But to me it seems clear, that something is draining the battery and I believe it's coming from the radio somewhere...
-
The interior light does turn on, but when I shut the door it waits about 45 secs. and the light shuts off, but part of the radio stays on-like even when I push the power button off, the numbers still glow on the radio.

It is the factory stereo. I've never touched it or done anything to it. If this is the battery, this will be the 3rd battery I've put in my car 2 yrs!!

My car is really having a tough winter. It's hating me and seems to have a mind of it's own. My main problem is this, it doesn't want to start when it gets below zero. Ok understandable, it's cold and a lot of cars have problems starting. But my car is not THAT old (2000). It seems something is killing my battery, but ONLY doing it when it gets freezing. I go out to start my car and all I hear is a "ticking" noise when I turn the key. Oh one other thing, SOMETIMES my radio doesn't turn off when I open my door like it's suppose to, so I have to manually turn the power off. But the sometimes when I go to start it the radio turns back on-which it shouldn't unless I push the button-and is trying to read a cd, but the cd player is broken. So something must be tripping the battery is my guess to part of the problem. But what can I do to get my car to start? Can you put a block heater like the old cars used to have? Any tips would be helpful! Am I looking at a shit ton of money to get this fixed?

I have know idea how only 25 songs were displayed. My guess is that somehow those 25 songs were checked and the rest got deleted. She doesn't have all the music on her i-pod only the 25 songs that show up in itunes. I don't think any of it was purchased. Most came from old cd's, so hopefully I can re-build her library. And you're right, I should have asked for help before doing a restore. Did we fuck anything else up doing that?
-
So my sister's husband did something with her ipod and itunes and it deleted all the music except 25 songs! She's pissed. I searched all over her computer to find them and tried doing a system restore (not sure if that would help or not), but I can't find them. How would it delete all songs except the 25 and is there any way to bring them back? I told her I think her music is gone, but thought I'd check here for any advice.

BRRR I can't believe people here actually jump when it's that cold!

I pictured this happening in my head and it cracked me up! That's some funny shit. "I'm a ghost!"
-
I'm so sorry to hear that. May peace find you.

I even tried having a stiff drink! That didn't really help either!

I was trying not to sleep too late this afternoon, so i could fall asleep tonight. I don't think it's working.

I live in Mn. I finally fell asleep at about 6 am. I turned my computer off after the last post hoping it would help. Now I wake up this afternoon and I'm dead tired.
