I personally am a Steelers fan. But even so I can't deny that the Patriots have had a great season. But I'm still saying GO GIANTS just out of spite.

Thanks to everyone for the SERIOUS suggestions. I'll be heading to the book store tomorrow to see what I can find. I'm not realy big on military history but I do like the military and something about a true story helps me get into it more. So I'm deffinately gonna try to find that one.

I've never been much of a reader. Mostly because it takes alot for a book to hold my attention past the first chapter. One of my goals of cancelling my cabel (asside from saving some money) is to start reading some more. Anyone got any suggestions?

Will do. I did think it was odd that they said I didn't need to be home for them to disconnect it. The guy who gets it is probably hoping I won't be here just so I can never say for a fact that he was or wasn't here.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately I just called me cable company and they've figured out this trick. I'm taking my cable box in tomorrow but they said they're still going to send someone out to disconnect it. It was worth a try.

Unfortunatly the only thing open today was Sheetz. (For those who don't know what Sheetz is it's a gas station/convenience store/made-to-order type food.) Their food is actually pretty good so it didn't bother me any. It was just nice to get out of the building for a little bit.

So I wasn't orignally supposed to work a double today. I was just supposed to work 7 to 3. But yesterday the girl who was supposed to relieve me at 3 called off. And figuring that everyone else had probably already made plans with their families I just volunteered to do her shift as well. To my surprise my boss just walked in handed me $20 and said, "Go get yourself some lunch." I think the only reason he did it was because if I hadn't volunteered he would've probalby been the one stuck working the other shift. But it was still a really nice surprise.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!!!!! What is everyone doing to celebrate the holiday? I'm working a double shift today but I volunteered for it. I figured since I was unable to make it home for Christmas I would volunteer so that others could be with their families. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing that I was able to help others have a nice Christmas.
