My co-workers would have no need for it. They have actual beds in the back. My cot works quite nicely for me other then the fact I think it jinxes me.

Yeah but you're in the same time zone as me. So it's understandable you'd be asleep. If I had a normal 9 to 5 job I probably would be to.

So when I first started working the midnight shift I would bring a cot and pillow in and try to sleep. (We're allowed to sleep so long as nothing is going on and I wake up if the phone rings or something like that.) Well, when I did that it seems like I would always be busy with emergencies and stupid hospital to hospital transports. Well, for the last 2 weeks I haven't bothered with the cot and just stayed awake the entire shift. Wouldn't you know it, but during the night shifts I've worked and didn't bother trying to sleep, I haven't gotten a single call!!!! No emergencies or other transports. Ok...rant over. In case you couldn't tell I'm really really bored and tired right now.

So after working many midnight shifts I have realized that typically between 4am and 6am eastern time there's pretty much no one online. For about a solid hour now there's only been about 3 new posts. What's the deal? You folks on the other side of the pond should still be awake. Why aren't your posting? Edited for lack of making sense due to lack of sleep.

I would love to go snowboarding. Unfortunately the weather here has been absolutly crazy. It's been 60 the last couple days. We can't seem to keep any snow on the ground for longer then 2 days. And I'm too poor at the moment to go anywhere that actually has snow. So if you do go out snowboarding, have extra fun for me.

Like most everyone else is saying...get a job. DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT do what I did and put it all on a credit card. I am most definitely regretting that decision now.

It was free. A guy at work had it yesterday and said if I didn't take it home he'd just throw it out. I can never say no to free food. It saves on the grocery bill.
