You people have a lot of things to do or not do to be a guy. I thought that being a guy meant you were born with a penis and not a vagina? (I guess you could lose it with the advances in surgery. You didn't have surgery did you?) "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

I am not using everywhere to define only phsyical locations, I am using the word everywhere to define everywhere. Does that make more sense? Given this use of the word everywhere, are you stating that your God (or your God's spirit) does not exist everywhere. If so, then you could exist but not be in the presence of your God (or your God's spirit). If not, then the only way to not be in the presense of your God (or your God's spirit) would be to not exist. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

To many lawyers, not enough cases. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

I understand your God exists beyond time and space hence the reason I stated the only way to not be in the presense of your God (or your God's spirit) is to not exist. I don't think you understand what to not exist means. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

I am not sure I understand. Are you stating that your God is everywhere but your God's spirit is not? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

You choose to go to hell, if you go. Every time you sin, you do it with knowledge that it is wrong. (conscience = with knowledge). God loved you enough to sacrifice his son for the payment of your penalty. However, he is also just and not corrupt. Because he is just, he will see that justice is done. If you murdered and raped a woman and the judge sentenced you to die, you'd probably think that judge was also mean and heartless. However, he is just seeing that justice is done by carrying out what the law requires. Unless your penalty is paid, you will be punished for your crime. Whether you are sorry for what you have done (you should be), if you promise to never do it again, or you do good deeds from now on in order to try and make up for the past is of no consequence. Wrong. If I did something I know is immoral I would not find someone who judged my action as immoral to be mean and heartless. I find it mean and heartless to send someone to an unfathomable existence for eternity when they created that someone and neglected to give them all the information they needed in a way they would understand and accept to escape that unfathomable existence. PS: How do you know that your God didn't send Jesus as a sacrifice to humans for your God's immoral actions in the old testament? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

As I said, for me the unfathomable would to be out of the presence of God. As it appears here, you'd prefer it that way. He'd only be giving you what you wanted. I have heard this interpretation before and it actually relates to Atheism, Buddhism, and possibly other religions version of the after life. So are you saying my theology on hell is atheistic?

You have such a moral God, sending people to an unfathomable existence for eternity based on their unwillingness to accept your God as their only savior from the unfathomable existence your God created. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

No one can prove beyond a doubt that the Bible is real or that the God from the Bible is real. Those that want to believe do believe, those that don't want to believe don't believe. However, can we all agree that morals can and do exist outside of religion? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

None without cause. There is no one righteous. No one who seeks God. Do you think you're innocent? Have you kept the Commandments listed above? Where will you be going when you die? Heaven or hell? No, No, Not Sure, Neither "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Do as I say, not as I do. (How many people has your God killed? Is it a billion, a trillion, ....?) "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

You might say that he was cleaning up the moral gene pool. Noah spent 120 yr. building a huge boat and it had never rained upon the earth. There was plenty of time to get one's act together. Was Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, or ... also cleaning up the moral gene pool? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Let us pretend that your God and Bible are real. How do you consider your God to be moral when there is a story in your Bible about your God drowning almost all the men, women, and children (and all other creatures) on Earth? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

What colors tend to fade the quickest? (Here was another design but I was told it hurts people's eyes.) "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Should Britain give formal apology for its role in slave trade?
Butters replied to Andy9o8's topic in Speakers Corner
If you study your Irish history you will realize that Ireland was orignally comprised of multiple clans that raided Europe to take slaves (and never apologized). "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch -
If the three strike law was used the way it was intended, no problem. Problem is that it has also locked up many for petty offences such as shoplifting. I don't agree with what consitutes a crime and what consitutes a crime punishable by incarceration according to the law at this time. However, stealing is stealing (and the offender should know better than to steal if they already have two strikes against them). "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Wait ... are you trying to say that God isn't an elderly white man with flowing white hair and beard ... blasphemy. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

With the difference being on the third strike you are really out. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

That is soooo funny. I totally see it. Hey what's with the strongbad backpack Lightswitch rave!!!! I voted 3, cause it looks like it has orange on it. Rig #3 contains orange but became discolored after changing format. PS: It was not meant to look like Strong Bad but I do not consider it a negative if people think it does. "That looks dangerous." How about a carrot and stick approach. On the first offense they are placed into a rehabilitation program (carrot). On the second offense they are placed into a non-rehabilitation program (stick). On the third offense they are placed into ... death row (grave). "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

All benefits apparently not available to people who are not felons. I have serious concerns about allotting human sewage inmates opportunities that worthwhile members of society are not afforded. I also do not appreciate spending valuable resources on prisoners. (It would also help to remove non-violent drugs crimes from the crimanal system.) "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

Viable options ... 1] Treat prisoners w/ respect and give them proper rehabilitation involving an education, job training, and a financial base for relase. 2] Death Penalty 3] ... "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

I was going to buy used but after talking to Mary I am thinking of buying a new container and used everything else. I will have to talk to Todd. PS: Do you count black/gray/white as colors or shades? "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

This is a conversation I had with a religious person ... Person: Without religion, what is to stop you from killing someone? Me: The fact that I would be killing someone. Person: But there aren't any repercussions, you won't go to hell. It is frightening that there exist people who believe that without religion there would be no morality (and would kill someone if they didn't fear going to hell). "That looks dangerous."
